”We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and tidy. Checking in was simple. Parking was straightforward once we noticed the markers giving us clear instructions. The kitchen has everything you need. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The downstairs shower is small, but the water pressure is good. Everyone who stayed upstairs enjoyed the amenities. Definitely will try to rent this again for the next time we visit Annapolis.”

”I currently live in this complex, and I rented this condo for my parents to come stay a few days while I recovered from surgery. Joe and Beth were extremely accommodating and kept communication with my parents while they stayed (but also didn't bug them!). I was thankful to have such an easy process for my older parents and they are already talking about coming back down again because they enjoyed their stay so much!”

”Loved the house, we were glad to be able to book it on short notice for a large group! Beds were insanely comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and a fantastic location. Only downside is that the common areas (living room/kitchen/dining area) are a bit small if you have a larger group (8). Overall a great stay and would stay again!!”

”The property is beautiful. The house is spacious and has comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. There were some things that could make a stay so much better. The bedrooms need at least one chair. Although there were books in a drawer with directions for the high end appliances, each one should have a quick explanation on usage next to it. The information said the table seated 8 and yet there were only six chairs! A putting green was described and even showed a picture of one in the original...

”Very cool house with great host. Very spacious. Excellent kitchen and very cozy. It would have been helpful to know about the staircases. We had an 8 month pregnant woman and 2 year old that were not able to come but it would have been an issue as getting to the single bed rooms is challenging.”
