”Just loved the place! It’s a really nice historic house with luxurious but homey rooms. My room even had a fully equipped kitchen! Staff was super friendly and the finishing touch comes from a dozen small things such as the complimentary cookies. :) The only slight minus is the location, which in a perfect world would be a bit more central, but Providence as a city is very walkable so everything is a reasonable walk, a short drive or a cheap cab ride away anyway. Would definitely stay at this...

”only issue was the TV did not work. After getting new batteries for the remote I still couldn't find a signal. HDMI1 or 03 showed static. No connection could be made. Someone should have checked all the services I had paid for and see that they were in working order.”

”Great location, walking distance to Easton's Beach and Cliff Walk as well as many stores, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It got fairly cold for a couple of days and the gas fireplace heater did a great job of warming the room. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. And the hosts are super friendly and helpful! ”

”It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”
