”Just loved the place! It’s a really nice historic house with luxurious but homey rooms. My room even had a fully equipped kitchen! Staff was super friendly and the finishing touch comes from a dozen small things such as the complimentary cookies. :) The only slight minus is the location, which in a perfect world would be a bit more central, but Providence as a city is very walkable so everything is a reasonable walk, a short drive or a cheap cab ride away anyway. Would definitely stay at this...

”Stayed here for New Years Eve - great location for a great price, the place is decorated so beautifully, our room was very clean and very cute, and the staff was as friendly and helpful as can be. Will definitely be staying here again!”

”Location is great and the room was very pretty. Bathroom was nicely updated with a huge rain shower head. We stayed in 121, our friends were in 119 which had a beautiful king sized canopy bed and nice sitting area. Breakfast was just ok...we'd probably enjoy the cafe downstairs instead if we visited again. Our room had a weird musky mens cologne smell and the wall unit didnt seem to work. We set it at 63 and it was pretty warm in the room.”

”Great location, walking distance to Easton's Beach and Cliff Walk as well as many stores, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It got fairly cold for a couple of days and the gas fireplace heater did a great job of warming the room. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. And the hosts are super friendly and helpful! ”

”We have a group of 9 business owners in our forum that all wanted their own room. We rented the whole Inn! It was a great set up for our groups agenda. Great restaurants and oyster shack very close which was nice for a couple of our meals! Highly recommend this fun place. It was a great taste of Cape Cod history and culture! ”

”It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”
