”It was fine for what we needed. A clean, bug free place to sleep and refresh. The woman who checked us in was pleasant and helpful to the surrounding area. The motel itself is like one from the 1980’s. However, as soon as you open the door you can see it is clean and smell the cleanliness. ”Overall it was a nice place. BUT, i tend to choose my hotels for the amenities- specifically pool/ hot tub. This place has 2 pools. One is a lap pool for adults, the other is more of a pool/splash pad/slides for kids. Guess where the hot tub was? So i shared it with a dozen 5 yo's, and it was NOT hot. The air in the room was also COLD. Im told because it was cold outside, but I've never experienced this, even in the cheapest places.”

”I stayed for a long weekend and they were hit with over 4 feet of lake effect snow. Staff especially Scott was amazing. He handled people as best he could given no rooms were available. I booked an extra night in case it kept snowing. Hotel had no issues giving refund but expedia did. Took me over a week fighting with expedia to finally get a refund. I will definately recoment the hotel and will stay again”

”It was terrible. So bad that I called a different hotel which I booked and spent the night at. The water wouldn’t drain from the tub. The linens didn’t fit the bed and were torn and worn out. Entire room was dilapidated old and in disrepair. I have stayed in quality inns all over the country, never had a bad experience like this. DIPLORABLE!!! No wonder it was non refundable .”

I wish there would have been a gluten-free option But I won't hold that against them because there was fruit. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch as was the fireplace in the suite. It was one of the most reasonably priced places in town as well. Good location to the mall with good shopping in between.”
