”This property and the hosts were exceptional! Very clean and well appointed. The purpose for our stay was to go to KC Royals baseball games and the property is only 5 minutes from the ballpark. Great location for attending sporting events.”

”Property at the end of this cul-de-sac worked great for us three brothers and our families to stay for a weekend getaway. Place was clean and as advertised. Updated bathrooms worked well. Location was nice for city day trips and plenty of room for the 13 of us to spread out. Cousins did lots of hide and seek. the pictured chess table was our family jigsaw puzzle table for the weekend. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars was that the kitchen was oddly lacking some "normal" items....

”It is a really cute house in a quiet neighborhood. We were just there for 1 night and the house served its purpose. However there is no way that this house would sleep 4 people. There is 1 queen bed (that is the creakiest bed I have ever slept on) and 1 futon.”

However, much of the kitchen pans and cooking ware were old and not usable. There was not extra toilet paper in the house, the heating which were a few wall units did not keep the house warm, and there were no trash bins to put the trash bags in. ”we had a group of 12 at the Rieger Hotel last weekend for 2 nights-it is an incredible property! Look up the history on this place it's quite interesting.
