”Our group enjoyed this renovated, spacious house by the ocean. The open first floor layout with modern kitchen and large center island was great for meals and socializing. There were plenty of bedrooms spread out over the second and third floors. The beach and boardwalk were a short two blocks away and small town center with stores and restaurants one block. Easy walk to Asbury, Bradley and Avon. Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. ”

”We had a great weekend stay! House has a fantastic location- in the heart of Ocean Grove but only a few minutes walk from Asbury Park. The house is cozy, well stocked and a wonderful front porch for hanging out. Owner was very responsive and flexible, I would definitely rent again ”

”We had a great week in point pleasant. The house is very spacious and clean. It was perfect for our family of 5, and even allowed space for visitors one night. The pool and lawn are amazing and were used daily. My husband and I had to work a bit which was very doable using a couple different areas on the main floor. Proximity to a beautiful private beach and to the boardwalk is great. Only negative is the sound of the trains passing by but we got used to it.”

”The house was a wonderful way for my family and I to spend a week down the shore. We were traveling with a newborn and a toddler, along with our two dogs and the house had everything we needed and more for a smooth stay. The backyard is stunning and my toddler never wanted to come inside she enjoyed it so much. The memories we made in this beautiful home were impeccable, thank you Lino and family for being a wonderful host. ”

”This house is as advertised. Clean with lots of amenities and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. I especially liked that there were plenty of plates, cups, forks, etc in the kitchen and more than enough beach towels to go around. In the room with the bunk bed, there's also a trundle bed for kids who might be afraid of falling out of a regular bed. Great experience! Obviously, you pay for the luxury. There were multiple additional fees that popped up before payment was finalized...

”Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink...
