”Food options that were walkable in the area was quite limited but adequate. There were a couple large families at the hotel that I felt were permanent residents who used the common space as their own space so was hard to use that space. The kitchen area was very large and usable. Room was clean and well positioned for easy use. Nice size refrigerator. ”

”Pros: Good location. Clean. Helpful staff. Daily complimentary coffee, tea, snacks. Daily chocolate delivered to room. Cons: Property a bit dated. Dark decor not for everyone’s taste. No safe in the room. Any cons, though, were offset by the friendliness and willingness of the staff and the services provided by the hotel. Overall, a quiet and comfortable stay in a good location. ”

”Everyone at this hotel was very accommodating. Beautiful rooms with great views. Breakfast was great each morning, and Nicky was a fantastic server going above and beyond. Dinner was also very good. It is outside the central rotoura area and as such most tours won’t pick you up there, but it is a 10 min drive into town and we found it very easy to get an uber quickly, so no issues getting around. ”

”Great place overall. Very accommodating when our flight got canceled. Comfortable beds, clean restroom, housekeepers were great, stocked coffee everyday and all staff were very friendly. The amount of noise surrounding the area was constant, people yelling(all hours of the night), actually saw a fight one morning. However, it is close to many restaurants and centrally located, walking distance to many attractions. ”
