”Very quiet, no sulfur smell. It's right on the lake and you can watch the sun rise every morning. Be aware some of the rooms are actually 2 rooms joined together! They don't advertise this well. I was unpleasantly surprised to find I (traveling solo) had booked 2 hotel rooms! The manager seemed really reluctant to do anything until I escalated my complaints to the owner. ”This is an interesting spur of the moment stay. Whilst it was 'off the beaten track' (its not) between the two Auckland beach suburbs, it was easy to find. Staff show'n'tell: 10/10. The Studio room was spacious, very modern and clean 10/10. Two firm beds (10/10). Aircon (10/10). A large shower. TV in room (9/10). Free parking onsite (10/10). Outside entertaining area available to sit and get eaten by the mosquitos :). Lovely place. I'd stay again. ”
