"Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. "

"We recently stayed at this hotel after a long 13-hour drive from San Antonio, Texas, with our family of four. Initially, we reserved a room with two wide beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we received an upgrade upon arrival. The upgrade included two rooms, providing us with a total of three beds, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel pool was a fantastic addition to our stay. After such a long drive, being able to refresh and relax in the pool was exactly what we needed. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and it provided a great way for us to unwind. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room upgrade was a delightful bonus. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area."
