”The only con regarding the property is that it is on a small block and parking is scarce. Otherwise the property and stay was wonderful. Joel was a great host: very helpful, and accommodating. Walking through the door, the air is fragrant, the decor is welcoming and the property is clean. Brick wall leading you upstairs, new kitchen appliances, and a fenced backyard. Minor details such as tissue art in both bathrooms made you appreciate the hospitality. Will definitely book & visit again.”

”What a great trip. The property was perfect, clean comfortable, roomy. The neighborhood was amazing to walk around. It seems everyone had decorated for Halloween, and we walked through at night, taking pictures. We even had a nightcap at the bar on the corner. Parking is a bit of a challenge but we got super lucky, and parked in front of the door every single time. Our host couldn’t be better. He was easy reachable, responsive, and friendly. We would stay here again. ”

”All four beds were comfortable. Plenty of blankets, towels, and pillows. Place was stocked with coffee and tea. Great place to stay to visit Philly. Small couch and TV, not really great to hang out but that was fine with us. Kitchen and bathrooms were adequate.”

All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. "A very good hotel in central location. Great front desk service. Beds were a bit too soft for my taste but that’s basically the only downside, everything else was close to perfect. Within walking distance from everything! Recommend!"
