”Our stay here was amazing. The place itself is very welcoming and homey, with lots of natural light and comfortable seating and bedding, along with vibrant decor. Cole was an amazing host! He left a personalized note with some chocolates for our check-in, and made sure to give us privacy for our stay. He provided a binder with clear and concise explanations of house rules, extra amenities, and useful info (with pictures of his adorable dog!). ”I'd like to say I really enjoyed the stay. Overall, I was pleased.The rooms were clean and well maintained. And the location is near downtown which was nice.We didn't hear anything from our host during our trip.But you are in the basement, and so you will hear foot steps above you, along with the dog running around, and the TV. All are expected in a lodging.My wife did not like as much from the start. I guess I didn't tell her that this was a basement apartment, maybe I didn't read the listing...

”The staff were always friendly and were able to help me, the room was spacious and had a good working desk, the wi-fi worked, kitchen facilities were nice to have in room. The breakfast was bit of good and bad, it was excellent if you just wanted to grab something on the go since it was mainly pre-packaged foods and drinks, however it was bit bleak if you were expecting bit more tradition hotel breakfast.
