”This was perfect for our trip to Indianapolis for the big ten basketball tournament. It was nice to have a full kitchen. About a mile walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, or a couple minute uber. Neighborhood was quiet a close walk to trendy coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely do again for our next trip to Indy. ”

”Very nice home, on the inside. Outside, front entrance, and backyard could use a lot of work. We enjoyed our stay and were very happy to find it last minute and we were very comfortable! Ice machine in freezer does not work, so we had to run and get ice, but other than that, no issues!”

”Nice option vs. a hotel. Clean, nice garage parking space and overall vey quaint! I would stay here again if given the opportunity!”

”We stayed while in town for a tournament. The house is a quick drive to Grand Park. It was a cold & rainy weekend so we were lucky to have a close, warm house & dryer to use in between games. There was a bit of a mix up upon arrival, but the team was quick to make up for it in every aspect. We will definitely be staying here again if back in the area!”

”A quiet and comfortable stay in this cozy little half-house. The property is one half of a small home and includes two bedrooms and a basement; a backyard, private driveway, a full kitchen and is located very close to the northern border of Indy. Would stay here again.”

The most perfect hotel

"Me and my colleagues have spent over hundred nights at this location. I’ve personally stayed at over 10 different rooms and can guarantee that everything at this hotel either meets your expectations or surpasses them. We have had zero complaints or issues with the service or anything with the room. Everything from parking to the room is just perfect. The only downside is that it sometimes gets crowded during weekends. But what can you expect as it’s such an amazing value for money."
