”I loved our stay! Great price for time of year and the breakfast was great. Clean hotel with good amenities. My one and only complaint is we were told wed have a view of pikes peak while this is true based on images it appeared it would be very direct. However our primary view was 3/4 other huge hotels across.”

”It was a beautiful place, but if you don’t have a car, the valet service to take you around the property can be a little unorganized. The front desk was attentive and nice. The person answering the phone when calling the front desk was unfriendly. Very curt. The food was ok. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable but I could not get the tv Comcast to work no matter how many phone calls or troubleshooting. Overall a fine experience. ”

”The lobby and rooms were clean and spacious. The setting is gorgeous. I wish it was warm enough to enjoin my their outdoor sitting spaces, the view on the west side is lovely. ”

”What a fabulous property! The common areas are very well appointed to handle large groups for casually visiting. The rooms, although not large, have everything one needs and have wonderful linens and lighting. Only two areas of complaints and they are entirely personal. 1) The coffee pot in room only makes expresso, which was a disappointment to this coffee/tea drinker. 2) No restaurant or room service served food after 10:00, which was a disappointment when we were hungry after our late evening...

”Staff friendly but should have a dedicated bellhop. Additionally if you’re going to advertise as a spa resort not only should you have robes but you should have slippers, especially in the suites. Lastly something small like a bowl of fruit or trail mix should be the room. Though there are some luxury elements it’s really a three star hotel with a spa across the street. ”
