”The casino is clean (no smoking), every single person that works here that we had an encounter with was friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, parking is easy, just overall great experience for a quick getaway from Colorado or Arizona. ”

”This was second choice with little advance due to change in plans. Was apprehensive about location, but turned out OK. Freeway and local traffic noise was not an issue. Check-in was straightforward. On entering room, I said "Oh-Oh" when I saw the unsightly bathroom door frame. It had serious paint issues, but that turned out to be the only blemish. The rest of the room was nice, everything worked well, the HVAC was efficient and quiet. Our main complaint would be the breakfast was somewhat basic...

This hotel is 1st class all the way.....................definitely will be staying here next time! I felt safe and safe to park my car overnight as well. Big updated spacious room, that was clean and comfy in everyway!! ”

”Walked into our room and the refrigerator was thrown out of its place the drawers were pulled out the filters from the air conditioning system where pulled out the frame around the bathroom door was broken. When we walked in there were about 20 air conditioning units just stored by the staircase. The place was not as pictured. But the manager Olga was friendly and helped us get a refund and apologized so that was the only nice thing about it. ”

”The stay was nice and was comfy , just one problem was someone with the room above or somewhere upstairs, 3rd floor, kept making alot of stomping noise nd was aweful, tried callling front desk but phone busy signal,.. otherwise a good place to stay”
