”Took my granddaughters and daughters to NYC the week after Christmas. We wanted lots of room to spread out rather than a hotel room. This apartment fit the bill. We especially liked the open kitchen, dining and living room area. The design and colors were nice and we felt very safe in the building. The elevator opened directly into our apartment which was pretty cool. The host was very responsive our needs.”

”Listing should note stairs. Lots of stairs. Entry of property would feel nicer if porch was clean and newspapers were not strewn about and mail boxes not spilling over and out of their boxes on the ground. This gives the effect it is a vacant building. Key situation was fine. Although, not being given the WI-FI was a bummer the first night and day. The apartment inside was everything mentioned in listing. Comfortable and clean. The heater works great. Overall, 5 stars for inside. ”

”The apartment is a great little place. It's a long, skinny apartment down a long corridor, so fire egress would probably be a challenge, but the place itself is just fine and in a great location. The bath is tight but clean and perfectly serviceable. The bed was firm but just fine. 9th Ave isn't much to look at immediately outside the door, but within a couple blocks the terrific Chelsea neighborhood gives you all its charms.
