”First and foremost is the owner and property manager were absolutely wonderful. The best communication I've ever had at a rental. House is stunning, and the views are breath taking. Literally everything was perfect, and we will be back, and we will absolutely stay at this house again. It's the only place I would stay in the Florida Keys. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. FABULOUS! ”

”The townhome was large and I liked the layout so everyone had their own space. There are multiple balconies which was one of our favorite places to hang out while there. The sunrise/sunsets at the beach were beautiful! We were busy so didn’t spend much time in the lagoon or pools but the grounds were well-kept. ”

”We were 3 families that had a very relaxing stay at the Kawama house. Very safe gated community with private beach, pool, playground and own golf cart which made our trips to the beach and fire pits very convenient. Owner addressed a couple of small issue with cleanliness (unit not used for 2 months) and golf cart very quickly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, the enclosed balcony very cozy. Intend to go back. ”

”Right from when I booked the property to arriving and departing, the communication from Mary was great. There was even the issue of water one day - that affected the entire community, because county had to work on a broken pipe. Mary coordinated with HOA and kept me posted. Instructions were very clear. House itself was great. It has kayaks, location is awesome. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and the house in general. Will recommend and will stay again if I plan to go to keys”

My only issue was that while it slept 6, there wasn't 6 seats at the dining table nor 6 places to sit in the living room. I would expect all aspects of a property to fit the same number of people that can sleep there.”

”My husband, 3 boys (14,12 and 10) and myself stayed here for a week in November. The home and property are beautiful! Even though there are neighbors it feels so private. The kids loved swimming in the pool and looking for stingrays and fish in the ocean. They also had fun fishing off the pier/ dock. The hardest part was picking which restaurant to try every day. Definitely hope to be back, and soon!!!!”
