Welcome to LODGE4, a spacious seafront semi-loft apartment with a master bedroom suite and a large private patio. Strategically located between Pisa and Livorno, it represents the ideal start point to exploreTuscany, in the magical atmosphere of a historic building with direct access to the beach.

Fully equipped for a high-level stay experience and in the immediate vicinity of a supermarket, restaurants and bars for Italian styled breakfasts and aperitifs!

Finely decorated in a typical Italian style, the place provides the best comforts: 43" SMART TV in the living and 24" TV in the bedroom, Wi-fi, digital safe, washing machine and dishwasher.

Kitchen is well equipped and complete with induction hob, oven, large fridge with freezer and modern appliances: dripping and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, squeezer, blender, egg cooker. Everything for the best versatility when enjoying the essence of Italian cuisine!

You'll find also toys, beach toys, books and board games, to ensure the whole family has everything and more, for an engaging and stress-free holiday!

For families traveling with kids under 2 years of age, upon request (€50/stay) cot, high chair, changing mat and children's dishes are provided for maximum convenience.

LODGE4 is the ideal base for your holiday in Tuscany, any time of the year! Beach season goes from May to half October, and the proximity to the beach is a strong point for Summer vacationers, but being in such a strategic area to explore the entire region represents an indisputable plus in Autumn! Stay here to reach with short day trips the most suggestive villages that come alive with food and wine events famous throughout the world.

The sandy seaside is just a few steps away, accessible for free all year long via a pedestrian gate a few meters from the apartment. In Summer you choose between public beach (umbrella is provided) and serviced establishments. Beach towels, toys and inflatables are provided too.

June to mid-September you can also take advantage of the resort facility on the back of the building consisting of access to the pool area with bar and bistro (extra access fee required - 2024 price list: one umbrella with 2 sunbeds 25€/day with 20% off when pre-paying for more than 3 daily access).

PLEASE NOTE: Included in the price are air conditioning from June to mid-September, heating from November to mid-April (centralized system, activation periods are established by condominium regulations). Other than these periods, an electric heater is available on request (10€/day).

You'll be staying in a historic Italian place by the sea! The main building, with the planimetric shape of an airplane facing the coast, is the former marine colony "Principi Umberto and Maria Josè of Piedmont", built around 1930 as summer accommodation for children of the Italian Military Air Force personnel of the time.

At the beginning of 2000s it underwent major renovations which transformed it into an exclusive residential facility on the seafront, without altering the original and peculiar design.
