”We enjoyed our 2nd stay as much as our 1st! Great location, super clean, wonderful amenities and owners who go above and beyond to make a stay enjoyable. We used the golf cart a lot. Overall, a fantastic experience!”

”My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the short walk to the beach and into the town. The screened in porch was a plus, especially to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The only negative issue was the guests that were supposed to move in downstairs apartment on Friday, were given our code for the lockbox. They tried to contact Cathy, but unfortunately were unable to. I spent about a half an hour trying to help them. They ended up leaving and had another...

They said the apartment was clean and comfy and would gladly stay there again next time. Plenty of parking for their 2 vehicles annd could have taken the boat. Amazing price for a nice location getaway!!!”

”The property was very nice, but the weather was terrible and we were only there a couple days to see my grandson graduate from boot camp at Parris Island so we weren’t there much if the time. Fripp Island is beautiful!”

”The main annoyances are that this residence is located on the first floor with heavy footed residents staying above who get up very early with apparently little sensitivity to their 'klunking around' nor the decibel range of the music they play.”

”When we arrived the elevator was out of service which made the 3rd floor tough with luggage. It remained out of service for the week until the day before we left. Not the owners fault but if someone has a problem with stairs this would be a problem. There was no parking pass left by the cleaning crew but the owner was fast to respond and make sure everything was all set. They were a text away and very eager to make our stay perfect. Would definitely book with them again.”
