This was a plus for us! I would suggest leaving more linens & toilet paper for a family that is staying an extended period. "We had a great time and the house was beautiful. Our issues were pretty small, and the property management company was very communicative and willing to help, we just didn’t want maintenance there while we vacationed. Whirlpool needs fixing, TVs didn’t work in 3 of the rooms. The main issue was the drawers in the kitchen aren’t on runners, so two of us ended up getting hurt the last day with drawers that were heavy and fell out onto us. "Our second stay in the Playful Bear was great for the whole family, just like the first. With boys aged 5 to 15, there was plenty of amenities to occupy the whole family. It is also very convenient to the Publix and attractions in Pigeon Forge."

"Had a great time. Not enough hot water to fill the jacuzzi tub. Ended up taking a Luke warm bath. Dishes were dirty in cupboard and the electric griddle I pulled out from under the sink was filled with old grease in the drip cup. Not a big deal I went cleaned what I needed to use. All in all had a great stay the cabin was gorgeous!"
