”Watch out because using 3rd party sites will give you crappy rooms. This was the first time we used Expedia. I’m not impressed, they booked us in a handicap room and the room was damp and musty. They had moisture control boxes in the corners of the room. We made them change our room. The room we got the 2nd time was better. Do Better people!!!!”

”Upon arriving to the roadside motel, I was greeted by a small woman with a large attitude. She acted as if I were inconveniencing her. There were no amenities. The room looked clean and smelled clean. It was filled with an overwhelmingly smell of pine sol! Made me feel like they were trying to hide some other smell 😳. The air conditioner hardly worked and it was very humid that night. Needless to say, at the break of dawn, we left. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I should have paid...

”Nice place at the lake and cute atmosphere in the room, it was also very clean. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Easy and quick to use the laundry. You could choose your breakfast options in advance and it was brought into your room. The walls are very thin so the traffic could be easily heard through the night. The cars were not a problem but the trains make terrible noise. Otherwise peaceful area outside the town. ”

”While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! ”

”HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked...

”Breakfast was very limited for the price it should have been much better no fried potatoes biscuit and gravy no pancakes waffles that are very less likely. Hotel was under construction checked in at night when morning came it looked like in abandoned Hotel construction everywhere gutters hanging off it was a mess. But staff was nice pillows were extra soft for my liking. I might try again once renovation is over. Doing renovation they should not charge $160 a night that's ridiculous. I would not...

The air conditioning is run from the wall across the room from the air conditioner, just like at home. well done and cool Cannot say enough about the staff: helpful, kind, friendly. everything was well run and smooth. ”
