”There were no surprises when we arrived and checked out the house. It was very thoughtful that there were some food items for our arrival. Everything worked fine and the owner was responsible for a couple of maintenance issues. The yard lights did not come on the last two nights and we missed them. Getting around the area by walking is a little sketchy because the roadway is narrow. We found the ferry stop 10 minutes from the house very convenient.”

”Our stay at Villa Comancina was absolutely heavenly. The villa was so clean and well supplied. The living area floor had a stunning 180 degree view of the lake that you could enjoy from the patio, as well as from inside. However, what really made our stay spectacular was the warm welcome and prompt responsiveness from the house manager Debora. Even before we got there, Debora not only helped answer general questions that I had, but she also provided suggestions for activities for us to do that...

”I dreamed of staying at this villa for two years and brought three friends here to celebrate my retirement. The home, property and panoramic views are unique and stunning and surpassed all expectations.The host, Francesco, and his assistant, Chica, respond quickly to questions and requests. We took a beautiful lake tour in Francesco’s boat. I hope to return some day!”

The house was spacious and very nice. Typical European layout. I would definitely stay here again. Como is so beautiful. Blows Hawaii away. Sorry Kapalua, Maui you are now #2 in my heart. Although Sansei Restaurant in Maui is the best restaurant in the world hands down.”

”Deborah was a wonderful host who did everything she could to be helpful. We enjoyed the villa and had a beautiful view of the lake from several different rooms, as well as the patio. A car was a must, as she recommended. The small town of Cremia is lovely, but for food and other sightseeing, you need transportation. I would recommend this rental.”

”Luigi was very helpful in settling us in. The room and bathroom are very basic…nothing fancy. There is no mirror in the bedroom to help to get ready. There is no counter space in the bathroom either. However it was clean.”
