”I really enjoyed my stay here. There were biscuits and fresh milk which was a lovely treat! The radio was a nice touch and the TV had access to Netflix and YouTube. WiFi connection was a bit hot and miss but wasn't a massive issue. The bed was very comfy. I felt very relaxed staying here. I will definitely visit again!”

”Angel Inn is close to the centre of Petworth, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a large modern bath and separate shower and everything was very clean. We appreciated the teapot in the room and selection of teas, also the complimentary flapjack. We ate in the restaurant area of the inn and had an excellent meal. ”

”Room was clean, bed comfortable, easy to find and breakfast was nice! It was fine for one night, but there was an awful smell from the shower. The drain looked clean but unfortunately we had to sleep with the bathroom door closed and windows open! We also waited 15 mins for someone to check us in. On checkout when mentioning the smell, we were told there were known issues but no apology. At £180/night it was definitely overpriced!”

”The property is timber framed and old, really old. Cleanliness and condition is very good but this building needs constant maintenance. We loved it, it’s very old and full of history. Very cute little town, very nice surroundings. We hit it in the middle of a heat wave and there is no AC, in fact there’s likely no AC in most of the village but the normal temperature does not require it. We were just unlucky. The pub/restaurant downstairs is very nice, very cool old England look. The breakfast...

”Nessuna reception all arrivo, solo un ragazzo che serviva al pub (molto gentile e disponibile). Le camere sono sopra il locale, si accede da una scala stretta e lurida, con la moquette inguardabile. Stessa moquette anche in camera, super sporca. La camera piccolissima, non passava nemmeno la valigia tra il letto e il muro. Se sei allergico alla polvere è la fine…persino l’abat-jour piena di polvere. Le finestre belle grandi e luminose ma con i vetri riparati. La sera il locale chiude presto,...

”Karmea viemärinhaju vessassa. Ei pystynyt käymään edes pesulla, ettei haju leviä huoneeseen missä pitäisi nukkua. Lattiamatot tosi tunkkasia ja elämää nähneitä. Sänky oli hyvä ja mukava. Kännykkäverkot tosi huonot. WLAn ei kuulunut huoneisiin.”

”Like the name tells, George and Dragon is an inn, not a fancy shining hotel, but it is a very cosy and nice place to stay for a couple of nights. The rooms are tidy and located in a separate building apart from the pub in the backyard, so the pub activities did not disturb our good night sleeps. There's a selection of traditional English style breakfast choices available in the morning which guarantee the calories for the rest of the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful! ”
