”Fabulous stay at Belmond Monasterio! Check in was easy and the staff were personable and professional. We felt welcomed and valued as a client. Our room was upgraded to a suite with a semi-private courtyard. Fabulous room. Great amenities in room. Music in the bar in the evening with a wood fire burning. Dinner in hotel was good. Breakfast had good variety and quality. Staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to be helpful. Tea station available all day. Oxygen in room helped with altitude....

”Beautiful!!!! Loved having the baby alpaca in the lobby at night for the guests to pet and take photos with. Service and food were top notch. We didn’t want to leave! Also enjoyed the activities they had planned daily. My husband and I enjoyed painting the ceramic bulls. Pool was beautiful and warm! ”

”Everything was fine from check in to check out. We were upgraded to a bigger room on the first floor and were very pleased. Room service was timely and good. All the staff were exemplary. Breakfast was very good and a great selection. Bar tender was professional and mixed great concoctions.”
