”This was the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We came with the intentions to ski at Mt. Kato but due to unseasonably warm temps that didn’t happen. But this is a perfect place to stay if looking to do so, close and spacious. The property is large and we were encouraged to explore it, this was a highlight for sure! ”We had our annual extended family get away here vs staying in northern MN or Wisc. We all enjoyed how close it was to our actual homes (MPLS and St Paul) and were impressed with all the amenities, like towels, soap, toilet paper. Past experience we’ve had properties that only leave you one roll of toilet paper (example). The fire pit was wonderful and the host responsive when we had a request. We would definitely come back again! ”

”Great place to stay in the Mankato, MN area. Nice, quiet property butting up to a city park with great facilities for kids. The property is a beautiful old (1912) church converted into two separate suites, each with a huge full kitchen and a large living/gathering area, and either 3 or 4 bedrooms. We hosted a total of 16 people with no problems. It just took a bit of schefuli forvthe bathrolms, as there is only 1 per suite.”

”We ventured to Mankato for some skiing over spring break. The kids, ranging in ages from 15 to 10, really enjoyed the game room! How cool and unique from most VRBO’s! The adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub as well, which was very nice and also easy to use. The house was clean and provided just enough space; the bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. I also appreciated the Native brand soaps in the showers…nice the owners go the extra step like that! Would definitely stay again. ”
