Peyia Fontana is sympathetically planted with spacious well-maintained grounds and our choice Complex.

D101, this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is in the perfect spot for a relaxing break in the Cypriot sunshine. The very spacious and modern open plan lounge/diner is decorated beautifully. There is a large kitchen fully equipped with all you need. There is twin patio doors to the terrace and outdoor dining area, sun loungers and a hot tub! A glass of fizz in the hot tub after a busy day out exploring? So inviting.

Palm trees surround you and the generous terrace, with views over the swimming pool, and sea really make this an oasis of tranquility. The surroundings are well maintained, clean and beautifully landscaped with trees for shade. The perfect spot to gather, sunbathe and unwind.

There is a double and twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and air con units. There is WI-FI and a large Smart TV also. This holiday apartment really does feel like a home from home, so much attention to detail has gone into the décor and furnishings. It is a real gem.

This modern apartment is ideally situated in lower Peyia, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars with Coral Bay only a 5-minute drive away.

Great 2 bed apartment
Spacious well kitted out apartment Comfortable beds, aircon throughout with ample seating. There is a TV in the main lounge. Outside has a jacuzzi, barbecue, table and chairs and sun beds on a large balcony. There is also a clean well sized pool with sun beds, chairs etc to use in the communal space. Short drive to coral bay 👍👌

Diarmids apartment is very large and tastefully furnished, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need. Diarmid is a great host very helpful and told us the best places to eat in the area

This is a very high quality rental property with large and nicely furnished living room. It features a large and private enough balcony with a gas grill and a heated whirlpool. It is very quiet. Internet is good enough for high quality streaming. The host is highly responsive.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la location Extrêmement propre avec tout le confort. Dommage que nous n avons pas été avertis de l impossibilité de se baigner dans la piscine depuis qu un décret a Chypre imposant un maître nageur dans les piscines communautaires.. Nous avons profité du jacuzzi mais ça n a pas la même utilité

Almost perfect.....
Lovely apartment with terrace and hot tub. Welcome pack in the fridge to get you started. The only negative was the mattress on the double bed was very soft and you rolled together. My wife and I resorted to sleeping in the single beds that are a lot firmer for a good night's sleep.

Great Stay
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay it has been trouble free and so relaxing. The apartment is well equipped and the accommodation was exactly as stated, the bed was comfortable, the terrace is large and roomy even with the hot tub - we will definitely come back.

A lovely home away from home
The apartment felt like a warm hug when you arrive after a long travel day. We had a great time and enjoyed staying there. It is well equipped which made our stay even more comfortable. The highlight is the hot tub, we often used to have a relaxing end of our day. Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful Apartment
Our friends stayed here after our Cyprus wedding and we had 3 apartments on the complex which worked out so well. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped and the pool was lovely to dip in after a long day. Having a jacuzzi on the balcony was an added bonus and Aimee our contact was so lovely, friendly and helpful. What an amazing time we had here.

Lovely place to stay
We had a fantastic stay and visit to the area. We would highly recommend this apartment and location for those not wanting to be in middle of a busy area. We had a car which we always take that option now and love exploring. This location was ideal for us easy drive to Latchi, Troodos mountains and Pafos is near by. The hot tub is a nice addition to this lovely apartment, very spacious main living area and excellent sized balcony with a great BBQ. There options to eat and bars nearby just a short walk up the road and a lovely village feel with local bars. We ate in a fantastic grill place near the church and would highly recommended checking that out for a meal. The boys were able to go to bars there to watch football and play pool.

A comfortable and clean home from home.
The Peyia Fontana was easy to find and no contact entry worked well. We found the accommodation to be clean, tidy and well equipped. It is bright, airy and very spacious. All the furnishings and fittings were of good quality and well maintained. Diarmid has put a lot of time and effort into maintaining an excellent holiday home even down to having an electric blanked on the bed which for the first few days (arrived 18th Feb) was very welcome indeed. The outdoor space was very pleasing with a large patio, sunbeds, parasol, table & chairs and a hot tub which is serviced on a weekly basis. Although there is a restricted view of the sea from this apartment it had great views to the side, of the hills and of the pool area. Diarmid and his staff were very responsive to communication, polite and friendly. To summarise: We had a great 6 week stay at Peyia Fontana. The accommodation more than lived up to our expectations. A comfortable home from home base with all local amenities within 5/10 minutes away. A car is advisable if you wish to go to the beaches and shops. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering booking.

Review of D101 Fontana Complex
This apartment is in an area only a few minutes from the coast, restaurants and excellent supermarket. It is a modern, larger than average apartment with everything that you need for a comfortable stay included. The communication with both the owner and property agent was excellent and the minor issues that we had were promptly dealt with. We spent a very relaxing month here, so much so that we have already booked for a six week stay later this year. You will not be disappointed by this property.

Perfect little quiet village
The place was only about 30 mins away from central of pafos. We hired a car through our stay and it really helped to get around places. Checking in was pretty easy as per following instructions given. Hot tub was a bonus mainly after a busy day. Over all we recommend but car hire would be best to get around from Peyia.

toller Urlaub in super Unterkunft
Kurz: eine tolle Ferienwohnung, in welcher wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben! Die Unterkunft ist tatsächlich nicht ganz so leicht zu finden. Google hatte uns in eine Seitenstraße geführt. Glücklicherweise hatten wir vorab schon mal auf Google geschaut und konnten so unseren Standort recht schnell finden. Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft könnte nach unserem Geschmack mal wieder etwas modernisiert werden, hier besonders die Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, alles war sehr sauber und man findet alle notwendigen Dinge vor. Ein Highlight ist der super Whirlpool, welchen wir gerade an den kühlen Abenden gerne genossen haben. Sogar ein kleines Willkommenspaket fanden wir bei Anreise vor. Die Vorabkommunikation funktionierte sehr gut und sehr schnell. Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen und können diese absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful Apartment in Peyia
Having just spent a wonderful twelve days in Diarmid's beautiful apartment we cannot sing its praises enough. It was everything as described, on steroids. The apartment had everything we needed even including a spirit measure, essential for consistent gin and tonics. The hot tub was an added luxury which we took full advantage of. All in all a great experience. Thanks Diarmid for allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment shame we didn't get a meet.

Very very comfortable apartment
The apartment fits the description and pictures accurately. Quiet area some residents on site and all very friendly. There is a good bus service that goes to the main supermarket and then will return you and your shopping back to the apartment. The same bus also takes you to coral bay and corella beach, you can also pick up a bus to paphos harbour. We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable apartment with excellent communication from Diarmid

Absolutely fantastic
We just returned from our 12-night stay at this amazing apartment. It is spacious, clean and very well equipped. We arrived around 3am after an all too common Ryanair delay, but that was soon forgotten as we felt immediately relaxed and at home. The generous welcome pack certainly helped and is perfect; from milk, to bread, to washing up liquid, to crisps - and of course some KEO (and wine!) Comfortable beds and effective aircon make for a great sleep. The pictures and description were spot on, and I would say the reality is actually even better. The hot tub (we set it to cold) is a nice extra and very good in the evening when temperatures remain high outside. The balcony it is situated on is spacious and great for eating Al Fresco and for catching the late afternoon/early evening sun. Diarmid, the owner was available prior to our stay to provide some local knowledge and tips and also during our stay when we had to clarify a query we had - we really appreciated his uncomplicated demeanour; laid-back but professional. The pool area is not huge, however, it was never busy and perfectly adequate. Several sets of sunbeds, as well as a dining table and chairs, are reserved for guests staying at the property. Peyia town is within walking distance, but up a hill (15-20mins). There are some great local tavernas and a few bars. We highly recommend Peyia Tavern; family run with a nice local feel/atmosphere and really great food at incredible prices. If you don't fancy walking or want to go further afield and don't want to drive, local taxis are available and we managed to book one very easily via WhatsApp. I would say a car, however, is a must to get around, particularly to get to the beach (Corallia Bay was our favourite) and if like us you want to cook in a few nights (there are two modern, well stocked Phillipos Supermarkets within 10mins drive). To summarise, we can't fault this place or its location at all and loved our stay here. Highly recommended!
