UUSI ** ERITYISET 2019 HINNAT !!! SUORA OCEANFRONT Täydellinen sijainti

Koti ostettiin juuri 8. heinäkuuta 2019. Vaikka olemme sisustaneet ja kunnostaneet kotia viimeisen kuukauden aikana, kaikkia viimeistelyjä ei ole lisätty, ja siksi annamme alennuksen ensimmäisistä varauksista. Jatkamme sisustamista ja kunnostamista jatkuvasti. Valokuvat on otettu 5. elokuuta 2019, joten kaikki huonekalut eivät välttämättä näy, mutta kuten näette, se on sisustettu asianmukaisesti. Myöhäinen listaus on sinun hyötysi. Tämä talo vuokrataan 550 dollaria per yö (tai enemmän) valmistumisen jälkeen.

Se on 3 makuuhuoneen, 2 1/2-kylpy kotiin istuu suoraan Atlantin valtameren puolella Peaks Island Elm Tree Cove. Yksi vain 2 talosta pienellä hiekkatiellä, joka rajoittuu maan säilyttämis- ja säilyttämismaahan. Näe ja kuule, että valtameren aallot törmäävät kiviin aivan olohuoneesi ja makuuhuoneesi ikkunoiden ulkopuolella. Nauti aamukahvistasi suurella katetulla kuistilla, josta on esteetön näkymä auringonnousulle ja panoraamanäkymä ylös ja alas kallioiselle rannikolle .. Ehdottomasti henkeäsalpaava! Yksi parhaimmista paikoista backshore-alueella.

Koti on hyvin hoidettu mökki, jossa on 3 makuuhuonetta. Kaikki on sisustettu tyylikkäästi ja kaikista on merinäköala !!!.

1. kerroksessa on hyvin varusteltu päivitetty keittiö, jossa hyvä koko jääkaappi ja sähköliesi / uuni ja mikroaaltouuni. Siellä on myös pitkä L-muotoinen ruokasali / olohuone, joka on suunniteltu hyödyntämään upeat näkymät täysimääräisesti. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös kirjasto ja täysi kylpyamme suihkulla.

2. kerroksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta: ensimmäisessä on queen-size-vuode ja puoli kylpyä. Toisessa on täysikokoinen sänky ja futon. Kolmas on kaksinkertainen ja antiikki sänky (pieni täysi - 48x72). Siellä on myös täysi kylpyamme suihkulla / porealtaalla.

Peaks Island on 15 minuutin lautta Portlandista, josta voit kokea kauniin merenrantakaupungin, jolla on laaja valikoima upeita ravintoloita ja aktiviteetteja. Saari tarjoaa poikkeuksellista kävelyä, lenkkeilyä, ratsastusta, tennistä, uintia ja rentoutumista luonnonvaraisten lintujen suojelualueella, sosiaalisen seuran aktiviteetteja, pieniä kauppoja, ruokakauppaa ja ravintoloita. Voit kävellä helposti kaikkeen.

Mukavuudet: wifi, weber-kaasugrilli, 42 "LCD-taulutelevisio, kaapeli-TV, mikroaaltouuni, täysikokoinen uunivalikoima, leivänpaahdin, tippakahvinkeitin, kaikki tarvitsemasi keitto- ja leivontavälineet, esimerkiksi hummeri-potti, sammutin ja savu ilmaisimet, pesukone / kuivausrumpu,, ikkunapuhaltimet, pysäköinti helposti 2-3 autolle.

Mökistä varastossa olevat asiat: propaani kaasugrilli, päiväpeitteet ja tyynyt (kylpypyyhkeitä, huopia ja liinavaatteita EI ole saatavana), työkalut hummeri-illallisen valmistamiseksi, siivousvälineet, lyhdyt, täydet astiat, kupit , mukit jne., grilli-työkalut, perhepelit.

Viikon mittaiset varaukset ovat la – la. Ajassa 15. kesäkuuta - 15. syyskuuta VAIN VIIKON VARAUKSET !!! Viikonloppuja pidetään kyseisten päivämäärien välillä, jos yhden kuukauden sisällä käyttöasteen alkamisesta. Omistajan tiedustelu (ruuhkaviikonloppujen hinnat, jos ne hyväksytään, voivat poiketa hinnasta).

Perfect Island Get-A-Way
My family and I can't say enough about this property. It was wonderful. Pictures can't possibly capture the incredible views or the wonderful accommodations. All three spacious bedrooms had direct ocean views. The first floor living space was open and inviting and the kitchen, actually the whole house, was beautifully appointed with everything we could possibly need for our family reunion. We had big family breakfasts at the farmhouse size table with full ocean views, grilled and ate outside on the wide front porch. The house was perfectly located for fishing, bird watching, hiking and exploring Battery Steele and it was a walkable distance from the restaurants and stores closer to the ferry. Although Peaks Island can be fairly crowded with day trippers and golf carts, the house is at the end of a quiet dirt lane that ends at a trailhead. So, our stay was peaceful and serene. Would give this host and this location more stars if we could!

We were up for a wedding at Peaks Island in October. A ferry ride over and a very short drive to the unit. It is located on the North East side of the island with beautiful rocky shore views. The unit itself is clean and inviting. Rustic style charm, natural woods, and warm.

Peaceful, picturesque, playful Peaks Island place
Our family of mom, dad, 2 adult children, their spouses, 2 granddaughters, and a Boston terrier had a week of reconnecting with each other on Peaks Island in this beautiful house. Gino is a great communicator. He gave us details of the workings of the house and property, well ahead of time. The large front porch and quiet path in front of the house were perfect for the "littles" to explore and play, without fear of road traffic. The beds are comfortable and the wonderful windows that are screened and open easily gave us the best part of the trip.....the constant sound of the ocean. The kitchen is updated, well equipped, and clean. The 3 bathrooms, with one on the ground floor, made life easy. The washer and dryer is another great addition to the light, bright, breezy, and quiet home. We took advantage of the stove, oven, gas grill, comfy porch chairs, and large dining table and chairs. We hope to stay here again. We loved our visit.

One of the Best Vacations Spots
Six of us had the great fortune to stay at this beautiful cottage the week of July 15th. The home is very comfortable and was well stocked with all the staples and kitchen equipment we needed. There was a cool breeze every night and there was a fan so sleeping conditions were perfect. The view from the front porch was so magnificent that we spent the majority of our time sitting there and looking out over the ocean. It was the most relaxing vacation I have ever experienced. The only downside is the number of golf carts and people coming down to the lookout spot in front of the cottage. They did not bother us in the least, but you should expect this. I would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to others.

An amazing vacation
Peaks Island is an absolutely beautiful place. We really enjoyed our vacation. The house is located right on the water where we would sit on the porch and watch the waves crash into the rocks. Every window on the front of the house looked over the water. Gino was great to work with and communication and check in was very easy. We would definitely stay here again. If you want a beautiful, serene, relaxing vacation, this is it. I would recommend renting a golf cart, we were really glad we did and explored the island with it.

The best place to stay on Peaks Island!
I loved this place! It is the second house located on a short dirt road with only two houses on it. It is so peaceful and quiet. After the house there is a trail you can walk. In front of the house there is the road, some bushes, beautiful rocks and then the ocean. You can watch the sunrise. The house itself is so cute and has everything you need. It is up-to-date and the windows open easily so with a nice breeze coming in. You won't be sorry if you rent this house.

We stayed here with our 3 yr and 1 yr old. It is a beautiful house, Gino was extremely responsive and kind, and the location was perfect. Hiking trail right next to the house but private enough where we felt like we could relax while we were at the house. Our 3 yr old loved climbing on the rocks in front of the house. Would stay again!

Gorgeous views from the porch & from every bedroom!
The cottage sits in a special location that takes full advantage of all the views the back shore of Peaks Island has to offer. However, while it sits at the end of a dead-end dirt road, the dead end leads to public hiking paths as well as public rocky beaches adjacent to the property, meaning that there was a steady stream of traffic past the porch. While it was mostly kind islanders and tourists, there was a late night trio of loud, drunken young men who seemingly had just discovered swearing and alcohol. They were gone in less than a half hour though, having run out of booze. Not a complaint, but want to give a heads-up that while the cottage is lovely and welcoming with a great porch that overlooks the best part of Casco Bay, it is not as private as we would have liked. Still a gorgeous spot. And a lovely cottage with all the needs for a vacationing group.

Cute little property great location access to everything we needed we rented a golf cart to get around the island for a couple days it was so much fun… The children were comfortable the nook in the living room was amazing for a nap!

Great family vacation!
We had a great time at Gino’s house. The space was perfect for a family to gather, eat meals, and enjoy the stunning views of Elm Cove. We’ve been coming to the island for over 30 years (some of us longer), and this was one of the best spots we have stayed. The kitchen is well appointed, the appliances are nice, and the bedrooms are spacious with great views. It is unique to find a home on Peaks with 3 bathrooms, which makes the space even more comfortable for a long stay. We will be back!

Fantastic Location; house needs improvement
Not providing basic linens is absurd. Four of us arrived for a three night visit, and having not read the fine print, discovered the day before arrival that there would be no towels or sheets, pillowcases, etc. Had we known, we would have selected another house to rent, as needing to bring linens from California for a short trip is not practical. Gino had someone drop off two sets to us, which we appreciated. But stating this in bold highlighted font in the property description would have been appreciated. The house is spectacularly located but… it’s dirty. There’s a giant jetted jacuzzi tub, but there’s mold growing in the jets. All the lightbulbs were burned out in the kitchen and no additional bulbs anywhere to be found, so we scavenged from other light fixtures. There were no basic amenities generally provided, not even soap. There were cobwebs everywhere. The dryer was broken, there was a plumbing leak which caused water to pool in a downstairs room when someone was taking a shower upstairs. And no towels to mop up the water. The floors are severely warped so the beds on rolling metal frames slide into the center of the room and had to be propped with cardboard. But the location cannot be beat. Beautiful views and so lovely to hear the waves crashing just feet away. Stocking the house with bedsheets and towels, soap and other basics seems like a simple and inexpensive thing to do to improve travelers experience and resulting ratings. Gino was communicative and I appreciated that.

Spectacular views!
It doesn’t get much better than waking up to a spectacular sunrise except perhaps watching the full moon rise above the horizon! This property is situated right along a cove next to a preserve, perfect for exploring and fishing. Quiet and serene, Gino answered all our questions in a timely manner. Check in and check out couldn’t have been any easier!

Great views, peaceful and relaxing
Bella Vista is in a beautiful location with views from almost every room. Sunrises were amazing every morning, and a short golf cart trip to the other side of the island will get you to the sunsets. Property was clean and bright with many windows. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans and some essentials like olive oil and salt and pepper. There was plenty of room for my husband, our two young adult sons, and me. It was nice to sit on the deck, or on the rocks in front of the property and enjoy the view, the salt air, and the peace. We all really enjoyed our stay here.

House sits in a secluded cove at the end of the lane and the view is magnificent. Sunrise is spectacular...just raise your head off the pillow to enjoy. The front porch is a great place to end the day with beverage of choice. This home is not large but will accommodate several. A really nice updated kitchen with most everything you need and the grill was very handy and needed. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the property and island fully as the power was out due to a very odd timed Nor'easter that hammered the island the day prior to arrival. Gino was great in attempting to make our stay as comfortable as possible but he can't control the weather...I don't think. Casco Bay Lines operates the ferry so check the rates and schedules. We did not rent a car to ferry over but the island does have a taxi which stops service at 8:30 pm. We did become quite acquainted with Melanie the chauffeur who was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as were all the island folks we had the chance to meet. As for Gino and his wife Lisa, I can't say anything but nice things. Great communication and effort. Probably the most communication I have had with a property owner/manager. The information provided outside VRBO communication was spot on. We skipped over the part of no linens provided and made last minute arrangements with the checklist Gino provided. As mentioned before, Gino made every effort to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.
