"This is a good property in Cottonwood, especially for the cost. It is in a medical industrial area, hidden. Semi quiet, lots of doors slamming. Very clean, nice looking, big rooms. Larger than most refrigerator and a microwave. Nice touch. Good soaps and lotions. Lots of parking. Breakfast has waffles ..."
