100m2: n huoneisto sijaitsee Rue di Rivolissa, vastapäätä Tuileries-rakennusta kunnostetussa 1800-luvun rakennuksessa.

Se on "Valon kaupungin" ydin, kuuluisan Place de la Concorden nurkassa ja lähellä "Champs Elysees" -huvipuistoa. Helppo pääsy Metro Concorde -linjaan # 1. Yksi minuutti "Rue Royale" ja "Rue Saint Honore", huoneiston edessä "Tuileries puutarha" ("Pariisin Central Park") ja kävelymatkan päässä "Musee d'Orsay". 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Seine-joesta. Kymmenen minuutin päässä Place Vendomesta, joka on korkeimmassa kaupunginosassa maailman arvostetuimmista koruliikkeistä (Van Cleef ja Arpel, Maubusson, Cartier, Rolex, Patek Philipp jne.) Suberb location for you Paris visit
Charming building, only a couple floors up but it has a lift, and directly across street from Concorde metro. BUT the best feature of this apartment is the apartment. French charm from ceiling wood beams, warm wood tone floors, clean and well stocked kitchen and bath to get you started in Paris. Easy to use washer and dryer, plenty of seating in living space. The beds are very comfortable which was greatly appreciated after flight. There's an amazing view of the Eiffle Tower in all her glory as well as the Concorde Obelisk. You are staying on the Rue de Rivoli, turn left and go to Louvre or turn right and cross Pont de la Concorde to visit Musee d'Orsay or Invalides. Nearby are several restaurants as well as a mini Carrefour for household goods and food market. The apartment is so lovely and comfortable then combined with it's location, a real gem in Paris.

Great spot
Wonderful place right in the heart of things. Spacious and all the necessities. The pics on the listing need updating: there is now a hallway between the bedrooms, and you don't have to traverse thru one to get to the other. The washer/dryer sure was nice to have. We were 2 couples, and note that it's not that private when it comes to bathrooms that have two thin windows in between them. All-in-all a terrific place with historic bones and a killer view.

A great place for 6 people!
The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. We were 4 adults and 2 children (8 and 11). Plenty of room for everyone and nicely located for the métro. Easy walking distance to Louvre and Musée d'Orsay. The only thing missing was a neighborhood bakery for bread and grocery store for essentials, but the kitchen was wonderfully stocked and communication with Natalia was very easy. We would stay here again. Merci.

Fantastic stay in a 5⭐️ location
We loved our stay! The location is fantastic with a great view across the Place de la Concorde to the Eiffel Tower. The access to the metro is just a few steps away and you are just across from the Tuileries Garden. We had our 3 kids (ages 2-7) with us and being a short walk to the playground, carousel, and trampolines was a definite plus. We loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful location, great for families
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The addition of the wall for the second bedroom was a great idea for the space. The property was in a perfect location for easy access to attractions like the Lourve and the Tuileries garden and the Concorde metro station which easily connects to other lines. The apartment itself was well equipped with extra linens, kitchen supplies and other staples. This was our first time in Paris and we couldn’t have asked for a better location for all of our adventures. The best bonus of this apartment is the view of the Eiffel Tower- I don’t think the picture on the listing does it justice!

Paris, a magical city. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable and well accommodated our extended family of two seniors and 2 young adults. . Its location was perfect: close to the metro, across the street from Jardins du Tuileries, the iconic Ferris wheel, the garden’s carnival redolent with smells of food and chocolate chaud and dazzling with lights. We were a walk away from the Lourve, the D’Orsay, Gallery Lafayette, Petite Palaise and so much more. The view from one of our windows was iconically Paris. Our local contact was graciously available to us if ever we needed.

The accommodations were perfect. Very comfortable lounging and sleeping quarters. We only needed to reach out to the property manager once (our issue, not thiers) and they were prompt and extremely pleasant. For us the location could not have been better. Walking distance to many desired locations. When needed, rideshare was easy to access and if desired the underground train was close. If we could give it a higher rating we would. Merci beaucoup!

Perfect for family!
I stayed here with my husband and 2-year-old, and my parents. The apartment was even better suited to us than the listing had made it seem, and it was so nice. There is now a partition in the first bedroom so there is a hallway to the back bedroom and some separation. The travel crib provided was very nice and everything was set up for our arrival. The welcome guide was the best I've ever received from a rental with so much helpful information. And everyone's favorite thing was the view, especially my daughter. She would run to the window to look at the Eiffel Tower first thing in the morning and watch the show every time it sparkled while she got ready for bed. Truly a delightful place to stay!

We were more than pleased with our experience. We watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle each night from our window. We were 50 yards from the metro. Elegant shopping was 2 blocks away. The apartment was lovely and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Simply Lovely
The condo is in a quaint old building, with modern amenities. There is a grand staircase at the front door, and the back door entrance has a wonky little elevator landing, but that made it all the more charming. If there was one thing missing it was a neighborhood boulangerie to get baguettes and croissants. (Good ones) we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back again. It was perfect!

Die Wohnung lässt für einen Aufenthalt in Paris keine Wünsche offen: Super zentral gelegen, Anbindung an die Metro direkt vor der Haustür. Der Treppenaufgang und der Blick auf den Eiffelturm stimmen einen von Anfang an auf wundervolle Tage in Paris ein. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Sie ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man vor Ort braucht. Wir haben uns zu fünft sehr wohl gefühlt!

The house cleaner showed up an hour early and watched us in our underwear trying to get ready for airport. I had communicated with owner, we would be leaving at check out 11am. We paid an extra full night to check in early when we got there and was forced, by feeling uncomfortable to leave early by a housecleaner pretending not to understand. Then understood word well 30 minutes of watching us in our underwear.

Fabulous property and location!
Everything was great. The location was fabulous - we could walk to most anywhere. There was enough room for us to each spread out and have our own space (my son used the den as a third bedroom and we never felt he was in the way). Plenty of storage for unpacking and kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean and comfortable. 100% recommend.

Really Great Place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It worked perfectly for our family of five. It felt like a home away from home and we had everything we needed. Clean and spacious. Very centrally located (close to Concorde metro) and walking distance to the Louvre. Had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower.

Wonderful location! Apartment needs some updates
For sure this spot felt quintessentially Parisian! We loved seeing the Eiffel Tower light up on a clear night from the apartment window. It was very convenient being near the metro. The hosts communicated really well and generously accommodated our request to arrive a little early. This flexibility is very much appreciated. And so was the wonderful bottle of wine - very nice touch. It was great having a washing machine on site too. However, the apartment is lacking in a few key areas, the main one being the living room gray couch. One could feel every spring in the “cushions”. It was so uncomfortable that we never used that space, choosing instead to sit at the dining table when we wished to socialize together. I can’t imagine anyone sleeping on this pull out couch. The bedrooms are adequate and as described (one room behind another), so this was expected. We did not anticipate how very thin the partitions are from bathroom to bedroom (separated only by a curtain) and between the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. This means no privacy and problematic if folks in one room are talking while folks in the other wish to sleep, and it can make things a little embarrassing if you don’t like people hearing you go to the bathroom. The WiFi is basically non-existent in the bedrooms. A new couch and WiFi extenders are simple fixes that I recommend.
