”The hotel is a good choice in Buenos Aires. Recoleta is lovely and peaceful neighborhood, and the hotel is quite lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the beds could be more comfortable. The hotel gym is decent, and the spa with two saunas is a great addition which really makes this hotel to stand out compared to others. The breakfast is great and in my opinion really South-American in style. On the down side, the pool at the roof was a disappointment - the water level is at approx 70...

”PROPERTY IS NICE, CLEAN, LOCATION IS GOOD. WELL KEPT. RESTAURANT IS $$$$. HOWEVER, IF YOU WALK IN THE AREA AROUND THE OBELISK, CATHEDRAL, ETC., WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS! NO WATCHES, NECKLACES, CHAINS! WE WERE FOLLOWED BY A GANG, 5-6 INDIVIDUALS WHO TRIED TO ROB US. WATCH OUT FOR INDIVIDUALS FOLLOWING YOU!”

”Not ready for business travelers. The iron board is very small and the iron cord about 3 feet so useless. I could not iron my shirt for a business meeting. Also, requested a late check out and only the same day was able to answer me if yes or not it was available. They need to get up to speed for business travelers. ”

”Lovely old house converted into an upmarket hotel. Lovely public areas, with small pool out back. The room was good, albeit quite small but the shower cubicle and unit were like a poor 5/10 rated hotel...up grade needed the breakfast was great only issue was literally waiting until 3 for our check in....yes it says, 3 but surely rooms can be made ready a little quicker, not helped as were in a bit of a rush”
