”Hotel was excellent and especially the service provided by the staff was top tier. Everyone was respectful and friendly. Food and drinks were okay, just A small improvement as we were all inclusive that breakfast starting at 7:30 AM is A bit late as we were travelling with a baby that wakes up early. Room should have A kettle for coffee and to help make baby food.”

”We arrived the morning of my wife birthday and we wanted to dine in the speciality restaurant which was fully booked, Salah at the front desk was exceptional he got us into the restaurant and hat off to him for making her Birthday extremely special with all the surprises including an upgraded room , the restaurant staff singing happy birthday to her and surprising her with a birthday cake.Thanks a million. ”We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well. They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely. The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect. I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights....

”It was beautiful, staff were helpful and polite, great customer services. The food was Ahhh-mazing, great variety and tasted yummy, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only negative was issues with AC in the room, it was on and cold, we tried turning on the heating function but didn’t work, it took us complaining twice before they were able to sort it. The first night sleep was really bad because of the cold, aside from that it was a great experience.”

”Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, not happy they are single beds though. Telephone in rooms don’t work. Nice atmosphere, decor and outside areas look pretty. Have to pay to use Hammam but advetised as included in the AI deal!!! Otherwise an enjoyable stay.”

”The room was just about comfortable. However the wifi could have been stronger. The hotel was 3 star. The hotel food and staff were excellent. The hotel location is a 20 min (£15) each way taxi ride from the centre. Overall, we had a lovely time here and thank the staff and management for their kind service. This is a very good value all inclusive hotel. If you want luxury, you should consider going elsewhere and paying double/treble the price of the Valeria. If you want good value,...
