”Great service, nice rooms. Next time I think I'd prefer partial ocean view. The mountains were nice, but ocean is always ocean, and apart from the mountains, the view to the garage roof was not too nice. Serenity pool for adults only is a great idea, and service there is fantastic. The restaurants Ferrero and Spago are great, too. The only thing I'd complain about is the selection of vegetarian options. The food I got was delicious, but I always had to inquire in advance if they had something...

”Overall we (family of 4) very much enjoyed our stay. It’s on a nice quiet street and right on the ocean. The downside was that we couldn’t turn our AC on and we would open the giant patio door but inevitably someone would start smoking pot or cigarettes in another lanai forcing us to close our door Our room also had 2 tiny trash cans and since they only clean every 3 days it was insufficient Overall we enjoyed the hotel, the grounds and the restaurant ”

”Overall a great place and the atmosphere and service was fabulous! You can find quiet spots by the beach even if you’re in the ”family” side. The pool area was pretty crowded when it was sunny, so in order to get a sunbed you have to go there either early in the morning or later in the afternoon. The only minus comes from the fact that the rooms are not soundproof- you can’t hear the neighbours but you can definitely hear everything happening outside, constantly passing shuttles, people talking...
