”The shower didn't work. I asked for another room but after two hours' waiting I gave up and moved to another hotel. I am still waiting to get my money back.”

”Excellent place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Pool, hot tub and sauna were a nice extra. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful!”

”Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. ”
