”Wonderful direct oceanfront location on Melbourne Beach. Owners were very helpful and responsive. The beach is quiet and secluded with miles of walking in either direction. It was a great surprise to see two right whales and dolphins just offshore. Right whales are endangered, so it was a rare treat to see them breaching only 400 feet away! Thank you for a memorable stay, Marlene and Joe! ”

”We had a wonderful family vacation and got to see a launch right from the beach. We are from Cape Cod so enjoyed the ocean and the pool even though that may be too cold for some in December. The Melbourne Beach Market right within walking distance was a plus as we never really had to drive anywhere. We did visit the zoo and space center as well as andretti thrill park. All a hit with the grandkids. Hosts were great and we will definitely stay here if we decide to return to the area.”

”We were looking for a pet friendly place to spend the month of February. We found the cottages online and gave it a try. Be aware that you will be staying in a very old cottage; you are not staying at a luxury resort. The housing is adequate, but the grounds and location are the true sellers of this place. The landscaping is lush. The parking is ample. The dumpster is convenient and emptied often. The laundry room houses two washers, two dryers, an ice machine, and plenty of books and games. The...
