Kaunis yhdeksännen kerroksen kolmen makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyammeen ylellinen yksikkö näköalalla Meksikonlahteen Orange Beachin parhaassa osassa, lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, ulkouima-allas, tenniskenttä, tilava pysäköintialue, vastapäätä ostosmahdollisuuksia, noin 30 mailin päässä Mobile, AL: sta. ja Pensacola, FL.

Kolme suurta makuuhuonetta, kolme suurta kylpyhuonetta. Huoneet on sisustettu ammattimaisesti ylellisillä huonekaluilla keraamisten laattalattien päällä. Tästä kauniista yksiköstä on upeat näkymät Meksikonlahden siniselle vedelle.

Lahden edessä olevassa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, LCD / HD-televisio, DVD-soitin ja pääsy parvekkeelle erillisen oven kautta, valtava kylpyhuone, jossa kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, poreallas, erillinen suihku ja vaatehuone.

Ensimmäisessä vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, vaatekaappi, LCD / HD-televisio, DVD-soitin ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa turhamaisuus ja suihku. Toisessa vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, vaatekaappi, LCD / HD-televisio, DVD, erittäin iso kylpyhuone alaosaa, kylpyamme ja suihku.

Tilavalla lahden edessä olevalla parvekkeella varustettu olohuone on sisustettu kauniilla kukilla ja seinäpeiteillä, viihdekeskus, 35 "taulutelevisio, DVD, videonauhuri, stereot ja nopea Internet-yhteys.

Ruokasalissa on mukavat tuolit kauniin puupöydän ympärillä keittiön tiskin ja baarituolien vieressä. Keittiössä on kaikenlaisia laitteita, kuten jääkaappi, jääpalakone, mikroaaltouuni, liesi, astianpesukone, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin, sähkösekoitin, astiat, kaikenlaiset astiat, kattilat ja pannut. Pesutupa sisältää suuren kapasiteetin erillisen pesukoneen ja kuivaimen, silitysrauta, silityslauta ja pölynimuri.

First time to Orange Beach
The condo was big and had a great view. There is plenty of restaurants close to the condo. Neighborhood Walmart across the street. That was helpful. I recommend this condo in Orange Beach.

Short Getaway
We were in Orange Beach for a few days with friends. We stayed in this unit for the first time. It was a great location, very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Fall Break
A spontaneous last minute booking. My grand-daughter asked for the beach, so away we went. We love Gulf Shores and this was the perfect location. The unit was clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and everyone was comfortable. The pool is amazing with zero entry, beach was beautiful and the parking was so convenient. Will definitely stay there again. Pari is very responsive to any needs.

Loved our stay. Condo was very clean and nice. Few things that stood out to me was a big living room area, awesome balcony, kitchen was great and HUGE bathrooms. Closely located to restaurants, Walmart and other grocery stores. Inside pool was a hit with the kids!

Great girls trip location
Property was clean, up to date, pool area was nice, short boardwalk to beach, and not too crowded, as it's a smaller unit. The only concern was limited parking, which is accommodated with overflow, but overflow is a short distance away and $25/day/vehicle. I don't think this is rental management's issue, as a significant portion of the lot is reserved for residents. At any rate, an excellent place to stay.

Family Vacation 2023
We have always been last minute when it comes to vacations or mini trips. This one was no different. We booked this trip less than a week before our arrival. Pari made everything so easy. Communication was A+ with all of the directions for check-in and key codes. The unit was much nicer than we expected for a last minute trip. It had everything we needed including a jacuzzi. 🙂 I would highly recommend this unit to friends, family, or just anyone in general. We had a great time and will book again for our next vacation.

Spacious Gulf Front with Responsive Owner
This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is spacious and well-located. Beautiful Gulf views from the balcony and primary bedroom. Huge Wal-Mart and restaurants within easy walking distance. The owner was very responsive to a few minor issues and had both repair and cleaning services available for same-day attention. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and the full size refrigerator / freezer kept up well with making ice and keeping our groceries cool and ready to take to the beach. Bring your own cooler and beach towels and plan to buy additional basics like paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent. There’s a full size washer and dryer; bring or buy your own detergent and dryer sheets. The hall closet has lots of beach toys to borrow. Next time we’ll pack a collapsible wagon (for Wal-Mart runs) and beach chairs, to avoid the daily $40/day vendor fee for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. (Price as of March, 2023).

Great location and view!
Spacious condo with a wonderful view of the beach and patio access from the living room and the main bedroom. I awoke to the sounds of the ocean each morning! All three bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Kitchen appliances and washer and dryer were very good. Communication with Pari, the owner, was excellent. Quickly responsive and helpful! (That was refreshing and reassuring after having difficulty with a different VRBO owner.)

Nice with parking stress
The building was easy to find and directly on teh beach; which was great. The parking, however, was stressful. The security company that gives out the parking passes, was late to arrive and also informed us that having a pass didnt guarantee a parking space. (This was Memorial Day weekend) We had 2 small children and didnt want to risk having no parking so we walked to a lot of places. It isn't so bad because there is grocery shopping and a few restaurants right next door, but it was an added stress that we didn't expect. Pari was wonderful to work with and the condo was clean and offerend a closet full of things we could use for the beach. My only complaint about the condo itself is that there were 0 rugs so there was constant sand!!! We swept twice daily because it just made it feel icky if we didnt.

Wonderful Condo
We stayed here May 20-23, 2022. The property was very clean, and we loved the layout of the condo. Each bedroom had a bathroom that was very roomy! We were able to spread out and have our own space even with 6 adults staying there. We will definitely stay here again!!

Large space with great views. Walking distance to Walmart and small shops. Parking was not an issue during our stay but security did warn us that the lot could possibly fill up during peak times. Communication with property manager was beyond great and was able to use text and email and get quick responses. Checking in was simple and painless. We were aware that the outdoor pool was under construction but did not know this limited access to the beach from the condo. Beach access is made by going to the edge of the parking lot towards the main road then entering in through a gated keypad entrance. There were some cleaning concerns as well, surfaces areas such as countertops and dinning tables were not clean. Couches also had large visible stains and should be professionally cleaned or replaced. Overall our family enjoyed our stay during our short weekend trip. We were there for the beach and made lots of great memories.

Perfect for our family of six
Wonderful condo that fit our family of six perfectly. Wife and I in one room, two older kids in one room, and the two younger kids in the third. Additional queen sofa sleeper that we did not use but beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen stocked appropriately. A pleasant surprise of beach toys and beach chairs in the pantry! Views were breath-taking, enjoyed sunrises and sunsets and the dolphins playing in the gulf. Location in Orange Beach is perfect. We could walk across the street to restaurants or grocery stores. Kids enjoyed the indoor heated pool on chilly nights. Outdoor pool under construction, as we knew at booking, but it looks like it will be amazing. The host, Pari, was very helpful and very accessible whenever needed, which was not often. Everything about the stay was smooth and relaxing.
