Onapua Bay is a totally secluded, private bay in Tory Channel, Marlborough Sounds.
This is a much loved and enjoyed Family Holiday Home, this home has a beautiful view from the Kitchen/Lounge, with a perfect flat grassed area to relax and lounge out the front when the weather is calm and clear.
Out the back is a decking area + covered outdoor Living/BBQ area out the back that provides a sheltered outdoor area .
You can sit out the front & watch the Kids play and fish on the recently refurbished Warf & Floating Jetty.
The house offers a a functional Kitchen with New Gas Hobs/Oven a Family sized Fridge/Freezer & plenty of quality cooking equipment. But being an Off The Grid property there is no microwave/toaster. All power is from Solar Panels & Battery system.
Fresh drinking water is via a spring fed creek witch is run thru filters and UV sterilized.
The Main house can easily sleep 4 adults, and the sleepout will sleep 4 people.
There is no light pollution so you can enjoy the magnificent night sky above you and on some nights the magical star reflection in the sea too.
Water Taxis are available to take you to and from the bay (30 minutes) and bring in regular supplies of fresh food. The supermarket and other shops in Picton will package and deliver your food to the water taxis. There is no road access.

Special conditions:
This property will ideally suit a family's or couples who want to truly get away from it all and immerse themselves in nature and have a very special time together. It does not suit people who need easy access to shops and fast broadband. There is Wifi installed at the house, but being a rural connection it is not unlimited (Enough to scroll & update your social media and the odd YouTube video's).
Cellphone & mobile data works out in the bay where there is a full strength signal
NOTE FROM HOMEAWAY: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)
