TALVIhinnat !! PITKÄN VUOKRAUSAlennus !!Yksiö vuokrattavana kauniissa Old Orchard Beachissä, Maine. Tämä yksikkö on vastapäätä kadun toisella puolella merta ja noin puolen kilometrin päässä suositusta laiturista ja huvipuistoista Vanhalla Orchard -kadulla. Se on vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä vesipuistoista, elokuvateatterista ja ajaa elokuvateatterissa. Siinä on queen-size-vuode, sohva, minikeittiö jääkaapilla, mikroaaltouuni, kahvipannu ja leivänpaahdin. (kukaan ei halua tehdä ruokaa lomalla, joten takkaa ei ole. Koska lähellä on niin paljon herkullisia ruokavaihtoehtoja, et kaipaisi sitä) Nauti aamukahvista tai aterioista Al Fresco ulkopuolisessa bistropaketissamme. Sinulla on eturivin istumapaikat parhaille ihmisille, jotka katsovat East Grand Avenuella.
Tähän huoneeseen mahtuu mukavasti 2 aikuista nauttimaan hauskasta rantalomasta tai romanttisesta lomasta. Pieni lapsi voi nukkua sohvalla. Lattialla on tilaa, johon mahtuu yhden kokoinen ilmapatja, jos haluat tuoda sen. (ei sisälly huoneeseen) .Omaksi käytettävissäsi on yksi pysäköintipaikka ilman lisämaksua. Yksikkö sijaitsee rakennuksen pohjakerroksessa, joten sinulla on helppo pääsy matkatavaroiden kuljettamiseen ilman portaita. Kylpyhuoneeseen on yksi pieni askel ylös, muuten yksikkö on tasainen navigoidakseen. Astiat, kupit ja ruokailuvälineet sisältyvät keittokomeroon. 2 tyynyä, lakanat ja jotkut viltit toimitetaan. Vuokralaisten tulee tuoda omat pyyhkeensä ja kylpytuotteita.
Portlandiin on noin 30 minuutin ajomatka, jotta voit kokea monia ravintoloita, kulttuuria ja ostoskeskusta. Kätevämmin voit kävellä nopeasti Amtrakin asemalle, jossa Downeaster pysähtyy säännöllisesti toukokuun puolivälistä syyskuuhun. Nauti junasta ja siirry Portlandiin, Freeportiin tai Bostoniin huolehtimatta ajamisesta tai pysäköinnistä.

My husband and I picked this place because it was very close to the beach and the Eastern Bike Trail. Lori responded very quickly to a couple of questions we had. She was great! We didn't take advantage of the Pier or much of the town since we were more interested in the beach and the trail.

Beachfront Off Season
The unit is essentially one room with a small bathroom attached. It was all neat and tidy. Very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. There was internet service. No place to cook. Did have a microwave and refrigerator. Small sink but no counter space. The owner was good with communication.

Good for the two of us
It was a clean place to stay and close to places we want to see. We stayed Oct. 16 to 20 and there were no restaurants open in the area that we could walk too. The only other thing we would have liked is for the place to be a little better stocked. Like more towels, Kleenex’s ext. We loved our stay and Lori was great to work with. Very responsive when we had questions.

Great Stay
My husband and I stayed here for a week, everything was clean, the place was just as described, and Lori was very responsive/communicative. Perfect for a couple. The beach is less than a minute walk. Many restaruants close by. Washer/dryer in separate laundry room conveniently located behind the condo. Awesome place!

“Embrace Your Inner Mermaid” Condo was exactly as described and pictured. The host, Lori was easily reachable and full of area suggestions for us. The condo is a comfy gem in a key location in OOB and includes parking.

Felt like home!
Starting with the booking, Lori was a perfect Host, reaching out quickly to give recommendations on things to see and do in the area. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised in just how cozy the condo is (& it smelled great, too!). Absolutely perfect for the two of us. We loved the outside seating area. It added to the living space for us because we spent a LOT of time relaxing out there, people watching. We knew about the train being so close, but really never even noticed it unless we were sitting outside. The beach being just across the street is so great, I felt totally safe getting up & walking over by myself to watch the sunrise. All thumbs up from us, we hope to be back!

Sweet little studio-type room with a fridge, sink, coffee maker, tv, couch & bed. Just a stones throw from the beach, and a 10 minute walk to a few local eateries. Quiet.

Very Noisy
I would not recommend this place. The small studio is very noisy. Paper thin walls allow you to hear all the other people in the apartment building. Studio is on a main road which is also noisy and there is a train line that is directly behind the building which runs by often. The studio itself is the about the size of a normal bedroom. The bed was not comfortable as well. Also, the host and VRBO were not helpful at all when I brought up the noise issue and the train issue which was not mentioned in the listing at all. Both of them would not provide any resolution and stated the terms and conditions allowed for them to not provide any help. Make sure you read and understand the TOCs because the host and VRBO will not help and will use them. Overall would not recommend this place at all. The only positive is the studio is close to the beach. I would not book again. Find another place to stay.

Relaxing off season vacation
Clean property, only several hundred feet from the beach as described. Town was very quiet, but it was only a short drive to Portland for numerous bars and restaurants. Comfortable stay, would do again in the off season.

Birthday Celebration
My husband and I were celebrating his birthday….I hadn’t been to OOB since I was little. It was nice to be back. The property was centrally located and we walked to everything! Great little getaway. Lori was a great host and we will certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Very old. Big step up into bathroom. The appearance of the place when we drove up was not what we expected.Town was awful and deserted. The condo did not feel like much effort was put into refreshing it. Bed sheets awful. Sorry but not our cup of tea. Probably a busy place in summer with beach goers but not in September. It just felt creepy!

The property was great for us. We were visiting our son and his family in Portland so basically only slept there. It was quite small. If we were spending more time inside the condo, we would have been a bit crowded.
