Quietly situated in the wonderful residence of Capo Ceraso this Mediterranean-style apartment is designed for alfresco living and benefits from a large, covered veranda. This area is furnished with a dining table and a comfortable seating area making it the perfect spot for relaxing with a good book, enjoying meals or simply unwinding with a cool drink at the end of the day.

Inside, the open-plan living area is furnished, with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and incorporates a small kitchen equipped with; a cooker hob, mokka coffee machine and fridge freezer. This area leads out to the terrace and garden beyond.

Conveniently located in a small holiday resort on the Capo Ceraso peninsula this property is a 10-minute walk from the local beach.

The Capo Ceraso peninsula is situated on the northeastern coast of Sardinia, in the province of Olbia-Tempio. The area is characterised by its unspoilt nature, with lush Mediterranean vegetation, white beaches and crystal-clear seas. The beaches are relatively uncrowded, offering visitors a sense of privacy and relaxation. Sun lovers will enjoy beaches including Capo Ceraso Beach (a 16-minute drive), Li Cuncheddi Beach (a 15-minute drive) and Cala Sassari Beach (a 35-minute drive). Many of these beaches also offer tourist services such as the rental of sunbeds, umbrellas and water sports equipment.

Capo Ceraso is a protected nature reserve and a haven for many plant and animal species, perfect for hiking and biking. The area also serves as a convenient base for exploring other popular destinations in northeastern Sardinia, including Porto San Paolo (a 12-minute drive), La Tavolara Island (excursions can be taken from the port in Porto San Paolo) and the beautiful Costa Smeralda. The Nuraghe of Monte Longu (a 40-minute drive away) is an archaeological site dating back to the Bronze Age and is also worth visiting.
