Located 8 lots from the public beach access, Sea 2 Sea allows walkability to the beach and features a private backyard pool when you're ready to get out of the sand.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom design (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Set of Bunks (Twin over Double), and Daybed (x2 Twins)) is an inverted open floor plan to allow the best views when enjoying the inside of the home. Enjoy hardwood throughout the top floor, cooking in the kitchen equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and then dine at the table with seating for twelve.

Choose your spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night on the front porch with balcony views of the ocean or on the back deck which offers views of the quiet OKI woodlands.

Located near Middleton Avenue, enjoy easy access to Lowes Foods or Publix just minutes away or a quick dash over to the Beach Pantry to grab any last minute items before heading to the beach.

Great location on Oak Island!
Our extended family of eight had a great week at Sea 2 Sea to kick off the summer! It's super close to two beach access points, and the pool was a delight. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was appointed as well as any rentals we've stayed in. We would absolutely stay here again if visiting Oak Island.

Perfection at the beach
This by far has been the best house we have rented in OKI and we’ve been coming for 8 years now. The house was spotless, the location was perfect for our needs, the pool was awesome. Kitchen fully stocked with any appliance you may need. The foosball table was such a nice added bonus for my kids to play with along with a bunch of board games. Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful Stay!!
We had an absolutely amazing time! The house was just as was described. It was such a wonderful place and was perfect for what our family was looking for. The house is in a perfect location. Our host was ultra-responsive to any questions we had, and his communication made the overall experience that much more enjoyable. Our daughters especially loved the pool! The house honestly could not have been any better. We'd love to stay here again!

Family get together from different parts of the country
CC was extremely clean and user-friendly. It had all the kitchen amenities. You could want to prepare good meals if you so desired the living area was spacious, well lit and open the bedrooms were wonderful although it was too cold to go swimming. The young adults did jump into the pool. They had a good time. It’s only two blocks from the oceans so I went to walk every morning. It was wonderful. I had to communicate with the property owner, Brian a few times, because of not knowing how to work something he was extremely nice. Very considerate and helpful. Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Great property. Perfect getaway and close to the beach. Property was very clean and the beds were fantastic. Only regret was staying for just the weekend! Highly recommend. Would definitely book for LONGER next time :)

Our family had a fabulous vacation at Sea 2 Sea. This property location was absolutely perfect for our stay on Oak Island, to be close to beach, as well as St James Plantation. This property was very clean and well equipped with anything we may have needed. We did bring our own portable play pen for the 1 year old to sleep, as well as a beach wagon to transport kiddos, beach towels and toys to the beach, very easy walk to the beach. The owner, Brian ,responded quickly to any questions we had. Would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful property

Great location
We were on Oak Island for Pledge the Pink, which raises money for breast cancer. The house was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and the location was great. Brain was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place was perfect. It was clean and plenty of space for the family all coming in from out of town. It was close to relatives that live in the area with easy access to the beach. We loved the multiple decks. The pool would be great if it was warmer!

Excellent Beach House
This is a great rental for a large group. We brought a rock climbing team here w parental chaperones. Everyone loved the house. 5 min walk to beach. We saw sea turtles hatch at a closeby nest one night. Awesome pool to hang out and swim. The place is even nicer than it looks online. Great kitchen supplies and gadgets. Lots of external decks and porches so people can spread out. Very clean. Recommend!

Great trip to end the summer
How refreshing that a rental property is exactly as described. Everything we needed was there. The property manager was on point. We’ve rented countless homes for vacation and this location, home and property management was outstanding. This house is wonderful! The beds, kitchen and furniture are very comfortable and top of the line. Extra attention is given to everything. Just a really great home and overall rental experience. Highly recommend!

Great stay
We had a wonderful time at Sea 2 Sea. It was conveniently located a block away from the beach which was beautiful. It was also not too far to get to Southport and other places. The house was beautiful and clean. We had a maintenance issue the first night and the property owner was extremely responsive and got the issue taken care of right away. Anything we needed during the stay, the owner immediately responded to. We had a great, relaxing time and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Oak Island home
This house is amazingly clean and updated. It was very comfortable for 4 adults and 6 children. The location can't be beat is it is a 3 minute walk straight to the public beach access. The house has everything you need and nothing you don't want: comfortable, clean furniture and beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking in, and a private pool with outdoor shower. The street and neighbors are quiet as well. Check in was effortless and checkout requirements are simple and easy. It is a relaxing process start to finish. Communication with owner, when needed, was responsive and straight forward. We will definitely look to stay at this house again in the future.

Great location, nice house, disappointing pool
Booked for a long weekend mid-OCT for three families, total of six adults and six kids between 4 and 12. The house itself was nice and roomy, fairly clean, large open living room/dining room/kitchen, and just a short walk to the beach. We had perfect weather for the time of year. However, one of the main reasons we chose this house was because the pool was still open in OCT and figured the kids would enjoy it. A hurricane came through the area a couple weeks prior to our visit, but when we arrived (a Thursday evening) the pool was filled with leaves from the neighbor's trees and the pump was off. I reached out to the owner who told me I could scoop the leaves myself and that the pool cleaner would come Friday, and that the pump was on a timer so not to worry. Next day, the pump still hadn't turned on, so I finally decided to look around and noticed the switch on the outside wall was flipped off, flipped it back on and the pump immediately started, so it made me think that it had been off for at least a week. I then checked the filter trap and I found a disgusting, bloated dead frog that had obviously been there for a while (I wish I could attach photos to this review!). Not wanting the kids to get in the pool until the pool company could come clean it and check/add chemicals, I reached out to the owner again and sent him photos of my discovery, and he said he'd reach back out to the pool company. He was hoping they could get there that evening, but they didn't end up coming until Saturday late morning. We checked out Sunday morning, so the kids got about an hour in the pool, so that was a major frustration and disappointment. Otherwise, not a terrible place, just wouldn't likely choose this house again given the experience above.

Great family stay
This beautiful beach home provides a lovely place to stay when visiting Oak Island. The floor plan is spacious and accommodated our family of 9 easily. There are multiple levels in this home which we found challenging for our aging parents to be required to walk the stairs up specifically to the living room beyond the ones to enter the home. This is a great vacation place for young families just not the best option for older adults with limited mobility.

Perfection
Our family thoroughly enjoyed Sea2Sea! The house was very clean when we arrived! We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything in the house worked just as it should. The towels provided were plush and of a nicer grade and the linens were very soft. We looked for our linens when we arrived, and to our excitement, the beds were already made for us! This property is a wonderful rental, and we would definitely rent again and recommend to our friends and family.
