”Wonderful clean property. Looks exactly like the photo. It could benefit from motion triggered lighting for the side path to the apartment. Would like to have instructions for Coffee maker. Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. ”

”Easy access and had all things you need to make trip easy. Only thing I recommend is booking upper floors if possible to avoid noisy neighbors. Otherwise this was perfect spot for my stay.”

”Very comfortable basement apartment with full bath, queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, couch, etc. We had our own separate entrance and daylight windows with lots of light. The bed was comfortable and we had great communication with the owner. Conveniently located in Victor, which worked well for us in town for a Victor/Mendon wedding.”

”My nephew plays football for the University of Rochester. Sadly this is his last year and every time we drove from OHIO to watch him play, we always loved staying here. It is the greatest. We may be up once more for graduation and if so, we will see about renting this space again. Absolutely LOVE IT.”
