”I don’t think the photos do this property justice. We had 8 people staying (2 families) and we had plenty of room for all of us. Both inside and outside were easy to relax in. We did all the touristy things - theme parks, mountains, wildlife parks etc and the house was perfectly positioned for a home base. There was plenty of room for all of us to have space from each other during the two week stay. I would only want some minor changes”

”Everything about Tuscany on Tweed was just perfect, from the extremely comfy beds, themed styling which fitted exactly with it's name, varied collection of books to plenty of games to share. It was clean and tidy with a lot of privacy in the courtyard that is both sunny and well shaded throughout the day and complete with fire pit for cooler nights. ”The Lodge is so peaceful and quiet. The balcony is a wonderful place to start and end the day. The beach and Byron town centre is only 10 minutes so it really is a wonderful blend of country and coast! The owners Steve and his wife are very responsive and caring. The lodge and main house are next door to each other yet cleverly designed for maximum privacy between the houses. The master suite is downstairs with it's own lounge and ensuite, with direct access to the huge acreage backyard. After...

”A beautiful welcoming place to stay. Plenty of space for 8 people and the kids loved the outdoor play equipment. Everything is close by, within walking distance and a peaceful friendly neighbourhood. Will definitely be back.”

”The host was wonderful. Accomadated wonderfully for our needs with a 15 month old. It is a short walk to the shops and eat street but be prepared for a couple of steep hills. ”

”Enjoyed staying here being very close walking distance to The Pass surfing beach where koalas hang out in the tree canopy. The wildlife is beautiful. The house itself was perfect for us to stay in with timber floors thruout. Loved it was nice & big and we could escape one another for peace & quiet. ”We enjoyed this property very much. Three cousins and their spouses shared this beautiful space - albeit for a short time ( as we were attending a surprise get together for another family member nearby ). It was nice being up the hill from Tugun that little bit. Do yourself a favour and get down to the Tugun Surf Club in the morning for a Toastie and coffee.”

”We had a long stay as we were awaiting settlement on our new Qld home. Was great location for everything. My only suggestion is I would upgrade the pillows. Kitchen was fully supplied with crockery, cooking utensils. All rooms had good space.”
