"I honestly can't find anything to complain or not figure what could be better, compared to price. The location is awesome right in the village and the outdoor terrace is the greatest place to have glass of wine or enjoy lunch! But the service is something to mention! I had couple extra requests related to transportation and check out procedures and everything was taken in a most polite and helpful way. Francesco at the reception is the man! 💪 The room also was super nice. Old building of course but nicely renovated to this day. My highest recommendations to this hotel whenever staying at lake Orta 👍"

"Beautiful ole hotel, with charming interior and feeling of a time-travel. The hotel really is worth a visit but is maybe in need of slight upgrade. We went there in November, and the off-season timing gave our visit an additional plus: everything was quiet apart from some sounds of renovation. The hotel might not be perfectly comfortable, but it’s something you will remember. "
