”Firstly, there is no front desk at this property. Instead, a man (whose English could use improvement) meets you to explain how to use the keys for entering your room and exiting the building. It’s crucial to fully understand how to exit the building, especially if you’re leaving early in the morning. When I checked out early the next day, I found the front door locked, contrary to what had been explained, which left me in a state of panic.”

”Absolutely gorgeous ! Extremely peaceful - fabulous views and the family are so friendly and helpful . Rooms are extremely clean and well presented . It is a gem of a property and feels like it is stuck in a glamorous era of 50/60 s film stars visiting the area which is just stunning . We will be returning ! Just beautiful ! ”

”Personale cortese, il posto è in una zona silenziosa, circondato dalla natura, sicuramente se ricapiteremo in zona non esiteremo a ritornarci! Le stanze sono tenute molto bene, eravamo ben collegati a Ivrea e alle zone circostanti quindi è stato comodissimo per noi. Estremamente consigliato per chi cerca una zona tranquilla!”

”Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and had everything you would need. Beautiful walk around lake area. Felt very safe. Lots of near by villages to explore. We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm.”

Nice hotel in the middle of the town

"Perfect location is probably the best competitive edge of this hotel. It is perfect in the middle of the town. I was a bit worried before checking in how the room would look like as pictures doesn't show the facilities quite well but was happy to find out the room was quite modern and comfortable for the price. AC could have been just a bit more efficient and it was not possible to adjust it from the room but this was something I didn't communicated with the staff as it still worked quite well, maybe they could have done something for it. Service was great especially in the breakfast, so staff in the restaurant was great. At the reception the more mature staff was super warm and helpful but some of the younger ones looked like they wanted to be somewhere else taking no actions to greet people in any ways etc. But all in all I can highly recommend this one if looking for a decent hotel in the middle of Stresa."

"Kulahtanut kokonaisuus, nähnyt parhaat aikansa vuosia sitten. Kokolattiamatoista ummehtunut ilma, mainostettu uima-allas toisessa hotellissa 200 metrin päässä, kuten myös autopaikoitus. Aamupalalla ei vihanneksia. Todellisuus ei vastannut hotellin kuvauksia."
