”It was fine for a night, I do believe that the nice girl who checked us in on an iPad, no eye contact, wrong way to have a Check in forgot a bit of the information for drive in. She was nice Also a few tea bags in room wouldn't kill the budget . Otherwise clean, I had to ask for extra blanket , none in cupboard It's the system not the girl who checked us in. It's a rushed 'here type this in' etc. probably you are understaffed? ”
