”We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed interacting with Margaret. She was very polite and attentive. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend this location. Its just a quick drive to the local shops, there is an amazing park with a castle in Portumna, and we were able to visit neighboring towns with ease. I was very impressed with the information Margaret provided. She was kind enough to print out a packet that contains everything you need to know during your stay....

”Nice spot in Quin. Best for persons with rental cars. Not really walkable (dangerous road without a bright yellow vest) to Quin village but taxis and Uber is available, if you’re lucky and patient. Clean, welcoming, all you need for a long stay including washing machine, dryer, fridge, dining ware, cutlery, etc. Would stay again. ”

”This was a great home for my family as we spent a holiday in Ireland with the absolute highlight being the add-on dinner of authentic cuisine on our first night. ”Other reviews are perfect examples of this place. Was so nice, so clean and comfortable for our young kids and grandparents. Layout of the house is great. And they have the best toys for children. Jim and Annie were great hosts and went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”The house was lovely, clean, well furnished (in a way that makes you feel like you’re visiting somewhere special), and spacious. We loved waking up in the morning to the spectacular views and returning home after sight seeing to a company friendly kitchen and comfortable living room. The hosts who passed off the keys were an added treat: gave us the inside scoop to get away from more touristy attractions to more local ones, and made us feel like we were friends.”

”Nice facilities, well furnished and well kept. We were very comfortable. Only hitch was no internet in the house so working with a computer was not possible. connectivity for mobile was spotty. But we managed. And we had a comfortable stay. Owner was very nice and helpful. ”

”Our stay at the cottage was the highlight of our trip to Ireland. It is a pastoral paradise nestled in the Irish countryside. The cottage is a comfortable well appointed barn conversion that offers authenticity with all of the comforts of home - complete with a homemade apple tart waiting upon arrival. Walking along the paths around the farm provides spectacular views in a quiet and peaceful setting. David and his family are lovely. They are accommodating and respond quickly to all queries. ...

”Super, friendly host Joe met us and gave us an insight into the local area and lots of information. There was just the two of us but the property could easily accommodate seven people. To their credit they gave me a room in the main house which was very nice. It was technically an up-grade and there was no charge. ”We are completely dissatisfied with VRBO. The property they rented us in Limerick, Ireland was occupied! People had been living in it for two months. We were left stranded with absolutely NO support by VRBO. We had to go to a hotel and spend a lot of money until we found a property with another company. This really ruined our vacation in Ireland! Now we just hope we can get our money back!”

”Our family of 5 adults had such a pleasant stay at the Dairy Cottage. Michael and Sheila made sure all was well for us and offered suggestions and directions for our daily excursions.
