Caroline the property manager was very nice and very responsive. The only constructive feedback I would give is that it would be nice to have screens on the bedroom windows. ”I have to preface this with an *. I had booked the gardener's cottage but there was some sort of booking mishap and the cottage was double booked. To their credit they gave me a room in the main house which was very nice. It was technically an up-grade and there was no charge.
