”This property was pretty good. Very relaxed. We stayed in a beach shack, it was pretty minimal for the price. The bathroom walls are not insulated making the bathroom a sauna during the day. On check out day, you are directed to empty the rubbish. This is annoying. I'm on holiday, I've paid for an over-priced room, yet I have to empty the bins before I go. Isn't this what the cleaning staff are paid for? Not the vibe for me. ”

”We had just been to a completely different hotel which was filthy, noisy and stank. At short notice, we needed another place to escape to. Upon arrival we were unsure if we had chosen properly. It looked like it was going to be noisy above a pub and on a main road. We were pleasantly surprised!!! The man who met us was super friendly. The room was large, spotless and quiet. The food we ordered from room service was amazing. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We really couldn’t fault it and...

”The location was perfect. The guy at reception was great. Wifi was bad. The bed and pillows needed updating. It was hard and uncomfortable. Could be a great place if it had a makeover and the grounds had a bit of a tidy up. The other villas might’ve been different. The pool area and surrounds looked nice. Would’ve expected a little more for the price. They need to put a folder in the place that gives you basic information like you would get anywhere else.”

”2 makuuhuoneen huoneisto merinäköalalla, huoneisto oli suuri mutta valitettavan kulunut ja likainen. Kaikki WC-tilojen nurkat ja lattialistoitus paksussa pölyssä, lisäksi huoneiston lattialla huomattavan paljon hiuksia yms. sinne kuulumatonta. Muutenkin huoneistossa näkyi kuluneisuus - wc tilojen kaakelit halkeilleet, huonekalut lommoilla. Näköala leveältä parvekkeelta hyvä, pieni uima-allas rakennuksen pihalla.”

”Such a convenient place to stay. Clean, comfortable and close to the best of the Gold Coast. Great communication and instruction on finding and entering the room and parking. Parking probably a bit tight for a large car with a generous turning circle required”

”Very good location with short walking distance everywhere. Breakfast buffet a bit limited, but ok for the price. We had 4 adults in one apartment (bedroom + living room), so two persons had to sleep on a sofa bed, which was unfortunately the worst we have ever seen. It was so soft that when two people go next to each other, they just roll in the middle to hug each other. Otherwise everything good, well equipped kitchen, two TVs, big balcony to hang out etc.”

”時間帯にもよりますが、受付に日本人の方がいらっしゃったので、チェックインが安心してできました。コインランドリー(6時～21時使用可能)があり、朝や日中は待つこと無く使えたので、長期滞在もしやすかったです！朝御飯のビュッフェも豪華でいろいろな種類があり楽しめました。夜ご飯のレストランも美味しかったです。トラムの駅が目の前なので、交通の便もよく、徒歩圏内にスーパーやビーチ、レストランも多く立地もよかったです。”

”Great location close to the beach and 5 min walk to Cavill Ave but there were a fair few issues when we arrived like a crap mattress, blocked drains, poor cooking gear etc but thanks to the brand new owners they rectified these issues with a new mattress and cooking gear and drains unblocked. Probably needs a bit more cooking utensils like a potato masher etc plus an electric fry pan. The clothes dry still needs fixing you have to bash the button to close it properly to activate the machine plus...
