”We loved the location, and it's was fun to visit with the animals. Wish we were able to sample some of the chicken eggs. There is a bit of deferred maintenance, some water damage in the kitchen. Would also have been great if there was a hair dryer available, especially as the weather gets colder. All in all a fun stay at a farm with a great location.”

”This property is pretty expensive for a one-person weekend retreat, and I was worried I would regret it. I didn't--not one little bit. The house is so incredibly comfortable and spotless and easy. And the sauna is truly incredible. I used it a LOT. The view is lovely as well, and it's an easy drive to some great hikes. I highly recommend this place. ”

”I like to say things I think will be helpful for future guests. First, the house slopes up in the first half and down in the second. The stove is in one small room, the sink in another and the refrigerator in another. No problem for us. Stair are narrow on riser but good railings. Fall risk for anyone unsteady on their feet. Very quiet and peaceful. Beds comfortable. ”

”This was the perfect stay for what we needed (and more). I packed a ton of books and toys for our kids, but they didn't touch a single one. The house had a bin of toys, a bunch of games (we played candyland), stuffed animals in every room, and even a workout room we did a fun family workout in! The weather was just cold enough that we decided against s'mores, but we hung out by the water and promised the kids we'll be back when it's warmer.We also brought our dog, who we may not bring next time....
