”It could have been better. The location and price met our needs for a last minute solution for a trip to meet up with friends nearby. The place was charming but run down. The walls had many holes and scuffs that could have easily been fixed with spackle and a coat of paint. The fireplace/thermostat didn’t work until the last night we stayed. There was black mold on window sills and on the bathroom ceiling. The carpeting was dingy and the sofa needed cleaning. Overall the look of the place could...

”Renee’s property was great, right on the outside of the village, away from all the foot traffic. Everything (bars/ restaurants/ shopping) within 5-7 minute walk. 2 hot tubs are very spacious, we never had issues finding space in them after a day on the slopes. The lifts are right outside the building, would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for all of the great recommendations while we were in town- it was an A trip!”

”This is a great unit. Very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Only criticism is that the couch is oriented in a way that makes viewing the TV awkward. The fenced backyard and proximity to the groomed winter walking path makes this an ideal property for travelers with dogs. Location is convenient to Palisades and Tahoe City, We definitely would stay here again.”

”The place exceeded my and my family's expectations, a very cozy place, clean, tidy, with all the comforts. We felt at home. We would return. Teresa was an excellent host, she left us a welcome letter, a property manual, suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, a very quiet neighborhood. I only recommend putting salt on the entrance stairs to prevent snow accumulation and avoid an accident. For everything else. Wonderful experience”

”My only major objection is that we were not allowed to remain in the unit’s designated parking space after the 11:00 am checkout time. So because we wanted to ski until the afternoon of checkout day, we were required to move the car to a paid parking spot.”

”We enjoyed our stay in Tahoe. The unit was clean and well appointed. It was small. The bed was in an alcove of sorts - not really a room. It is a good size for a couple, more than that would be pretty crowded. The complex it is in was very quiet. ”
