”The staff was very responsive and professional. We recommend this hotel to families with children. We were happy with the rounded corners the furniture had so that our daughter wouldn’t be hurt falling on sharp 90 degree corners like all this stupid modern furniture has. But none of that here. Rustic, lovely place. There was a small leak by the toilet which was not resolved and the only reason I did not leave them 5 stars, but we understand the difficulties of ordering parts in time. Thank you...

”Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean, in a quiet location. Very close to the River walk. Parking was onsite right outside the front door. We only stayed one night, but it is set up for longer stays with a very adequate kitchen and laundry. If ever needing to stay in Reno, we would definitely seek out again. ”
