”Great location. 2 min walk to beach and Oasis shopping centre and shops. Apartment is showing wear and tear and is due for a refresh. Cleaning was second rate as there was dust everywhere. They also charge if you would like extra towels. The front desk staff asvised the manager was going to speak to us about the cleanlinesd but we never heard anything. ”

”It was very clean and quiet. The resort was beautiful. My checkin was after 3pm on a Saturday and I did not know that the office would be closed. Thankfully a man came out and showed me what to do. Also I am 55 year old woman - I was on my own and on the top floor. From the car park I had to climb 8 flights of steps with a heavy suitcase and NO ONE to help. I was in tears but made it. ”

”We booked a spontaneous weekend away to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. This accommodation is out of surfers but with a car wasn’t too bad to drive in and to the theme parks. Perfect for having 3 adults in one room who don’t share a bed. Down side would be the pillows weren’t great for someone who is used to better support and I had a Kia carnival as we had 2 additional adults staying in one of your other apartments and the parking was difficult as I had the last car space in a tight spot....
