”Was there for a 5 day girls’ trip for my 50th birthday. Staff was amazing - so friendly, helpful, eager to do anything to make our stay better. Entertainment by the pool was great. However, room smelled damp, bathroom sink was clogged, outlets didn’t accommodate standard plugs well, and doors to the rooms slammed very loudly at all hours. Food was okay but nothing to write home about. Overall, for the money we spent, it was a good trip. ”

”The property is absolutely stunning. I especially loved that it sits on its own private peninsula, creating a sense of exclusivity and seclusion. My vacation at Oyster Bay Excellence was nothing short of amazing—from the beautifully maintained grounds and spacious rooms to the exceptional Excellence Club lounges where we spent much of our time. Even the food exceeded my expectations, which is rare for an all-inclusive resort. I truly can't recommend it enough!”

Staff was friendly. only problem was lady at guest relation desk(Sabrine Frazier} i ask her that I needed help in checkin on my flight and she said do it on your phone, she couldn't help me. I told her I couldnt do it on my phone having problem with WI-Fi, I went to rep at checkin desk and she got me on internet so I could do it with no problem. Did not like rep at Guess Relations she had bad attitude and she is there to help guests. But other...

”Our 2nd stay at Jewel Grande Montego Bay. We love the ocean front junior suite with huge balcony w/ 2 lounge chairs. Love the beautiful grounds, amount of ocean/beach frontage and the vegetation. The staff is very friendly & pleasant and we felt safe there. However, this 2nd visit the food quality & selection had declined and restaurants could have been more efficient (and faster) w/service. In addition to waiting long for food to arrive, as a couple we seemed to have to wait for one of the few...
