”House was nice overall. Had all the of the amenities needed. Lots of great activities. The view from the top of the house was amazing. The house smelled a little like smoke when you first walked in. The hot water was not great and the shower between the two bedrooms needs a little work. ”

”Beautiful home. Great location to Airport, COTA Racetrack, South Congress Avenue and local BBQ places. Having the pool to cool down after the race was great. Lot's of family / connect spaces in the home for a great weekend. Beds/mattresses were super comfortable as well which my kids/wife appreciated.”

”The home was very clean and looked just as pictured online. This had to be the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive and friendly. I hope to stay here again in the future! ”

”Nice house, plenty of space & well stocked, could’ve used a better cleaning. There were dust balls everywhere and one of the showers didn’t look like it was cleaned. The water pressure was bad in all the bathrooms except the master. Location was fine, but we had to uber to everything we wanted to do. House had multiple areas with couches, could’ve used some sort of entertainment like pool table or ping pong. The view from balcony did not look like the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay ”

”This casita is in a central location with a well designed layout, outdoor space and a comfortable bed. The owner has given thought to her guests needs. Would return when in Austin.”

”It was awesome! we had an amazing time with the family, it was perfect it had enough rooms, beds, and bathrooms for our 34 people, kitchen was big enough for the ladies to cook big meals. the gazebo was great with all the grills, we did a lot of cooking outdoors. Swimming pool and spa was in use every day. Took a lot of pictures for memories and the view of the outdoors was so pretty. We will be back, we loved it! :)”

Location is walkable to many areas of Austin, as well as food& beverage options, and if you consider yourself active, you can walk over to the hike and bike path which was a nice way to get some movement in after long travels. ”

”This was a small but very efficient house to stay. It was perfect for my weekend and very comfortable. I slept well and the bed was very comfortable. The train was noisy and shook the house but there was a fan in the closet and it drowned out the noise so I was able to sleep well. I felt safe at the property and would definitely stay again.
