”Myself and 3 friends stayed in Godfrey Mews last weekend. We had a 2 x 2 bedroomed apartments. Both absolutely huge, with everything you would need. V.handy location in Newry and for exploring the areas surrounding Newry, like Carlingford and Warrenpoint, etc. Would definitely recommend. Theres no dedicated parking, but free parking nearby. ”

”Gorgeous place! Stayed for my boyfriends birthday and he loved it. Great attention to detail and spotless. The view is stunning. If you want to stay here - I wouldn’t suggest it if you don’t drive as it on a hill that would be difficult to get to if not. For us this was great as the experience felt private.”

”We stayed in Cottage A as a family of 6. It is a very beautiful cottage and it was set up with a beautiful Christmas tree. The host was very friendly and helpful, and had the fire in the living room set up burning already, and the hot tun already set up ready to go. It was very clean and everything is very modern and just beautiful. Unfortunately we didnt get to spend much time admiring the views because it was raining a and very windy/ cold. Without the kids we could have done more exploring...

”On our last night, after playing golf at Royal County Down, we had no hot water. We informed the owner and asked if he had determined the cause of the problem? After two efforts, we heard nothing. ”The staff are friendly but I had an issue with the shower being lukewarm to cold which was very disappointing when you stay at a hotel. I didn’t have a shower because the water was not warm enough. The food is good. On my previous stay the shower was just fine but at this time wasn’t and they didn’t offer to change rooms as they didn’t rectify the problem. ”
