”Property was well located, clean and had everything we needed. The front desk host was very friendly and helpful with recommendations, etc.”

”We reserved a Spa Suite for $425 USD - upon arrival, the assigned room was tucked in the back corner of the property and was very, very tiny with a large tub on the outside deck - certainly not a room that should be advertised as a "suite". Even worse, the only view from the room/deck was looking at the backside of another building and the air conditioning units for each room. We asked to be moved to another room, but unfortunately, the property was completely booked so they could not move us....

”We stayed in room 1207. It was very, musty and damp smelling. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and as it costs $20 to replace towels they were wet for our stay unless you wanted to do washing. The kitchen amenities were extremely basic and the TV postion is not viewable from bed..... something that is nice when having a Nana nap on holidays. The outdoor spa wasn't clean. There was 2 cheap broken hair dryers in the bathroom and with so much water on the floor it didn't feel safe to use...

”This was a beautiful little hotel. It was walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. I was looking forward to doing some laundry while here on my one night stay but the young man from the front desk had 1 of the 2 washing machines and the only dryer tied up most of the day so I was not able to get any laundry done. Even when I told him I had a short time to stay, he did not offer to let me go ahead of him and use the dryer, which takes over an hour to dry clothes. I could have stayed at the...

”The property was equiped very comfortable and central to shops, restaurants, cafes ,Marina and the Beach. Angie was friendly and obliging in everything and made our stay very easy. Angie booked all our activities and airport transfers.”

”Mantra Portsea is nicely decorated apartment hotel within walking distance from the center. The service level is good otherwise, but the rooms are only cleaned once a week. We stayed for 4 days so this was sufficient. You can get clean towels if you like. The breakfast was good. However during my stay I washed some clothes and they were damaged because the clotheshorse in the balcony was rusted. The hotel agreed to compensate the clothes after the housekeeping was unable to remove the stains....

”The resort was 3 star. The rooms were average. The bathroom was not private and you could see and hear everything. The mosquitoes and sand flies were everywhere and spoiled the whole holiday. Lots of kids everywhere even out of school holidays.”

”The property is located in a gated community which is smart and secure. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for your a stay. There is parking, but it is on a first come first served, so you could end up with a walk, something to consider for families. We also found it noisy, there was always something- it was easy to hear conversations from neighbouring apartments, children in the pool area, dustmen, traffic noise, plant watering and those...
